Never recommend. Extremely poor broadband service. Even worse customer service. And shamelessly sends bills for the services which they failed to deliver. Used bullying tactics to extract money for the service period which was waived off by Customer care due to non functioning of the connection. Got Bullied and Cheated by supposedly India's most ethical corporate.

Honestly, I am just fed up with Tata. They used to provide such good service, now they have degraded immensely and the only thing that they are capable of is customer harassment. We have a 10 mbps 100 GB data plan "in theory". In reality there's no WiFi for most of the day. This has been the case for the past several months. And since the past month, our WiFi speed has abruptly dropped to less than 1 mbps. Calling customer service hasn't helped us at all as they only say "we'll get back to you" or "an engineer will solve your problem shortly" but it NEVER GETS SOLVED. Recent developments have been rather interesting, WE HAVE NO WIFI connection anymore. It's been 3 days without home wifi, and only thing that I'm living on is mobile data. Do you have the expertise to solve this? Or are you guys simply unprofessional?

I used broad band connection in Mumbai.They will charge high and poor customer care service..They will all possible loopholes to generate more bill to customer.
After discontinuing the services also they send me a invoice...and they told for discontinuing process will take 10 to 15 days for that they charged bill..But any way in that days internet service was not provided..
They are master in looting money.

They closed my account without bothering to tell me. By the way, my number was always active and I would frequently use it.
And suddenly, I have NO SERVICE, I change the SIM and same thing again. Later came to know that they had simply disabled my account for absolutely no reason!

Our landline telephone number: 04066688812 is giving problem since 6 years and from 15 days not at all working. This number belongs to our Clinic Darling Roots. We are hair transplant surgeons and losing the patients because of this stupid Tata Docomo landline phone. Technician Sai came and without rectifying the defect has closed the complaint. No response from Technician SAI and he is not lifting the phone since 3 days. Who is going to help please need guidance from GENERAL PUBLIC. Ratan Tata you have nice staff bro, who is least bothered to work on my landline issue.

Hey Docomo, its a -5 star rating. Congratulations for staying in the business with such bad services and hell service support. I hope, you shut down soon, in a blink if possible. So I contacted your customer CARE after choosing almost 50 numbers and got connected to a human who was senseless as your IVR system. Talked in hindi when I chose marathi lingual support. The person did not understand that my card is giving me issues of validity. I am getting alert messages to recharge my card to stop the service from shutting down on my card. So I recharged woth 10Rs. And still I am receiving the messages for almost a month now. As no clear message to me, I called the phonic support and as expected from the rating you have, no help to me. The person says okay and puts me on hold for more than 15minutes. For what he only knows. So guys do you care if you want to still be in this business or receive the hatred messages forever?

Worst network, worst service and worst behaviour of customer care executives in main branch Docomo office. They are replacing landline from gsm without intimation and even they are not giving proper information about it and collecting 1500 rs for new connections their main intension is to collect money from customers so don’t for this network and may be this company is going to close so stop choosing this network and It’s not deserved to a single star also since no option giving a star

Very pathetic experience with Tata Docomo. Staff don't even know how to resolve the problem.
I am using Tata Docomo broadband service since last 3 year's. As I want to pay bills before due date without fail I have set up auto pay instructions on my Tata Docomo account. Now when I want cancel my auto pay instructions not single person know how to cancel that ECS (auto pay instructions).
When I called customer care they ask me to go Tata Docomo stores and they can't take my cancellation request. I have tried online as well. But Tata Docomo is very much smart they a functionality to set up auto pay but they don't have functionality to cancel auto pay....very clever.
Then I visited to Tata Docomo store which is located at New sangvi pune. I requested lady who is attended me to cancel my auto pay request. She simply answer me sir I am new in Tata Docomo and I don't know how to cancel it. Please go to another store. Please tell me one thing why Tata Docomo appointed such useless staff as they don't know anything about their job. Is that Tata Docomo not even give any training or demo for each people?????
Then I have visited Tata Docomo store Pimpri Pune. There also I got same experience and answer is sir we don't have Power and you please go to Tata docomo head office store. However I can see machines are working on power backups. Customer who wants to pay bills that they are accepting. But not my query...why is it so ??? When I asked about this staff person she ask me to go to main branch which is at Chinchwad.
Now I have visited 3rd Tata Docomo store located at
PCMC,Kamla Cross Road building, 9/34 B-wing, opposite PCMC Office, Pimpri, Pune-411018.
when I explain my query they ask me to wait ( may be my query is not important for them) after a long time when i ask updates they said his manager is not in office now. When I say I need to speak to your manager they not given me proper answer.
They again ask me to check with bank to cancel my auto pay . When I said I have already done this and bank can't help on this becauseI have set up my instructions from Tata Docomo site. I have to cancel it from Docomo only. After lots of debate person said sir we are not sure how to cancel this and they will write an email to senior person.
Now after 5 days when I ask for updates they said sir do it from bank .or call customer care.
Is that really something difficult I asked Tata Docomo?
Staff is really unprofessional and don't even have knowledge about their work.
When I ask that I have to speak with your manager they said manger not available to speak with customer. If you don't care about customer then it seem doesn't require customer. You think customer is like football who just go here and there..
I am blocking my account which is setup for Auto-pay and cancellation charges I will be deduct from Tata Docomo bill.
I have already given request to discontinue Tata Docomo connection . I will not responsible for paying any bill after this.

Plz don't use TATA DOCOMO ANY MORE... I RECHARGED FOR A MONTH AND I DON'T GET NET PACK AT ALL.... ONLY THREE DAYS??? WHO VL PROVIDE FOR D REST OF THE DAYS?? OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS??? Have reported my issue of bad network, call drop and faulty instrument several times to your call centre in recent past however nobody is bother to look into and provide any resolution to this. Since 18 years, every month am paying bills on time to your company (last bill paid yesterday 23rd Jan’18 even after having these issues) and you guys are not even providing basic service to me. Advice one good reason why should I continue your services ????? or else please process cancellation of my connection.

Pathetic customer service
I was using the Docomo connection from almost 3 years. They have given a 1 GB free data without me asking but did not inform on how to check the status. When it unknowingly exceeded the 1 GB by 300 MB they have charged me Rs 1000. By the way i was using a Rs 99 postpaid plan. Requested them multiple times but they denied and gave some funny stereo type answers. That's it. I am closing this connection after making the payment.

Worst service provider of all. I have been following up with the customer support team for WiFi connection shifting since I moved to a new apartment for 2 months. Everytime I get a response saying that it would be resolved in next few days but it never happened. Moreover a bill was generated from Tata Docomo for a month, although the connection was not shifted and I was getting a call every second day for bill payment.
I am amazed that even the movement of connection takes more than 2 months to process. And what's even more confusing is different people providing different set of information. In my area (Kharadi Pune) all these service providers enjoy monopoly as no other option is available to the customer. They tie up with the apartment who do not allow any other ISP to provide their services.

Their technical team never calls back!!!! They say they'll call back and its been 3 months i keep calling and reminding their customer service for technical support and they keep saying the same thing without any action whatsoever!!!!

We had a connection that was provided as an Intercom facility in our society by Tata docmo. In August 2016 they sited server issues in our area and the connection was not working. I sent them a mail complaining about the same, with a second reminder. In October I received an Invoice for services that were not taken. Then started receiving calls to make the payment from their recovery people. Finally on 21st June I received a mail mentioning to make 50 % of the payment as an amnesty scheme to avoid any inconvenience and embarrassment, However, in case you fail to pay the aforesaid amount by the prescribed time, our company shall have no other option, but to initiate appropriate legal action against you for the recovery of the said amount along with interest, at your absolute costs, risk and consequences. Pathetic services : I have never experienced this kind of worse service in my life. I have been using a number (sim) of tata docomo from last 3 years still staying pathetic services. But I will not use the same in future and Sector 7 Panchkula Store guys are worse in services they treats you like they are paying you for using their sim and pathetic services
