No way to track order
No return of my email
No one answers phone
I think I just lost $ an a scam!

I honestly haven't even seen the purchase in person because I haven't received the package or been updated about the order at all. I have called and emailed and not only has no one ever answered the phone but no one has even bothered to return my call or email. When spending money with any company, big or small, I expect someone to be able to answer my questions and provide adequate customer service. I am very disappointed.

Found this sofa i was looking for on tafura.com price was the best on the web and offerred an extra 10% off at checkout plus free shipping. Gave it a shot and the sofa arrived yesterday so i figured id write something good abouy my experience and share the savings i received.
