Purchase a go pro from them on Walmart website ( didn't realize it was a 3rd party thought it was from Walmart) So the product was damage, the hard plastic was broke and the back of the go pro was cracked. They first said they will give me some of my money back and suggest to keep it. NO SIR. WHY WOULD I WANT A CRACK PRODUCT!! They would not want that if it happen to them. It was not package right to me. came in just a plastic paper, to me it should came in a box with some protecting around it but no. Sent pictures and routing number when i sent it off. Ask for a full refund. Email talking about remind them I want a refund REALLY!! I done told them to many times. Well lets just say i had to call Walmart to get my refund because i dont believe they even put it in like suppose to.It was like week or 2 later when i realize they have not given me my refund.

I bought a razor from Walmart.com ( not realizing third party item ) - I used the razor maybe 4 times in 5 months - the box states they have two year warranty; so I called and after the run around - I was asked if I wanted refund or replace - I asked for refund and no response - so called after a week and went thru same process with no results - so I emailed and was told warranty only a month - when confronted with the two year warranty on box - they asked for video of razor not working - I sent razor not working as it was plugged in and no response at all.. I lodged complaint with BBB and they were told a refund was sent ( a total out and out lie ). shoddy company to go along with shoddy merchandise

TERRIBLE, MOST DISHONEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I returned a tablet i bought from them through Walmart and double checked with my tracking number that it had been received but then i misplaced the tracking number, and they are refusing to give me my credit on the item. i have NEVER had to call any company to ask for my refund when an item had been returned. Whenever an honest and reputable company receives an item they automatically refund you but this company is being VERY DISHONEST and are insisting i produce my tracking nmbr. What a CROCK of a company SO DISHONEST. When a product is returned to a company, the receiver HAS TO DOCUMENT the name of the sender so that they can credit the right person, so I know that THEY KNOW they've received my package and they are REFUSING TO CREDIT ME. They should be held accountable for such DEVIOUS PRACTICES.

Worst online shopping experience in my life. Use another company. No one will answer my emails or phone calls. I was disconected the ine time someone actually answerd Product never shipped and I even paid for 2 day shipping. Thank god I used paypal had to open claim waiting for refund through paypal. I bought a 10.1 in.dragon touch w.3-D cap,wi-fi ,case, rouch screen,ect recieved it and wouldnt connect to wi-fi sent it back (I paid return shipping) asked for it to be repaired and said tech was to busy!!! Wanted to refund less than I paid for item! Worst customer support ever! You shouldnt have to pay for their damamged product of their fault and then they wan ot refund less than what you paid for it! They ask you to close your return ticket w.e-bay and thats when they pull their crap!!!

My tablet is not even a year old and it completely shutdown. I contacted customer service and they told me I had to wait 2 months for repairs since the ENTIRE tech Dept will be out of the country for a training study. Not one tech will be left behind, not even for over the phone issues. 2 months, wow. They offered me a new tablet at full price if I wanted even though I have a full 2 year warranty on the product. What a joke this company is!!!

I recently watched the attached video review of this drone and later received the drone myself. After playing with it for a few days, I should say it's sort of addictive playing with a first person view (FPV) drone, or maybe such drones in general, as this is my first FPV drone. Being able to see things from above truly gives me the idea what the "bird's-eye view" is and looks.
Assembling the drone took me some time and the operation takes some getting-used-to, but overall it performs well. I have thought that the onboard video transmission may eat the battery juice and cut short the flying time, well turned out it's not that bad - the several flights I took average about 11 minutes flying time.
