I have been ordering glasses for the last twenty-five years from different opticians and never had a problem. I always had my glasses at the latest two weeks after order ( Klarsyn, Specsavers) . I decided to try Synoptik in "Triangel mall"Malmö to take advantage of their specials. The optician Caroline Lindström was fantastic, professional, customer service oriented and great sweet personality.
However, when I inquired about the reason my glasses have not been delivered after three weeks, even though Synoptik had promised two weeks delivery time, her manager " Helene" was rude and unprofessional and had no idea what customer service is. She might as well has just landed from some "Bondeland". She had the audacity to tell me that I had no choice but to wait until the delivery has come and if I wanted I could cancel the order but lose my 25% deposit. She was arrogant, cold and unsympathetic. She has no clue about consumer rights or customer service basics. I am giving them another week and if I do not receive my glasses I would have to file a complaint with Kosumentverket just for the heck of it. I even tried to call their customer service in Stockholm but in vain. I am hoping that Camilla Danielsson will be able to take my call some day. WELCOME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SWEDEN.
