I am based in the UK and I ordered the 2019 premiere Jersey plus t shirts and the mug.
The order was over 2 weeks late in being dispatched. The excuse was that the company producing the premier jerseys were running late. As a customer that is not my problem. I originally put down standard postage. You would think that customer service would despatch it by fed ex as a courtesy but no they haven't. It is coming by parcelforce which has a very poor reputation in the UK and my hope of receiving my order are diminishing daily.
