Hacking of account & withdrawal of all funds
My Swyftx account was hacked on 17/01/2021, all coins sold and all funds withdrawn. I have been contacted by another user who has had the same experience.
I have concerns that the Swyftx security is not at a level required as there appears to have been protocols breached.
Funds should not be able to be withdrawn until 12 hours after a password change (the hacker initiated a password reset). This clearly did not happen on 17/01/2021 when funds were withdrawn later in the evening, less that 12 hours after password change.
2fa should have been automatically been enabled so that the hacker was not able to trade my coins and withdraw funds.
DO NOT PUT YOUR FUNDS IN THIS INSECURE TRADING PLATFORM,

my partner and I are having very poor experience with Swyftx. after depositing almost AUD5000, making a trade for cryptocurrency at the right time (buy low - sell high) seemed easy. however, withdrawing has proven to be most difficult. all above board with fully verified accounts, still not releasing our assets. very disappointing. these guys are slick confidence tricksters. SCAM SHAM. don't be fooled.

Excellent customer support, fast and friendly staff. Very low fees, I think the lowest I can find. Also best margins, Buy vs Sell. I am new to crypto trading and they have been extremely helpful, plus patient with me when I don't understand situations haha. Cheers guys, Taeve the gambler.

I have just started with them - the speed and attitude of the support team makes me very happy. Most of the crypto company I find is unnecessarily tough in verification, but they are friendly, easy and yet very logical and follow a good process for this! I hope it will be a good journey ahead with them!

A transparent crypto exchange. I like the part where your aud automatically gets converted to the usd when you make a deposit. Lowest spreads i have seen so far and competitive fee on buying/selling. The swyftx app just lags a bit every now and then.

I had an issue with login. I messaged the Swyftx team and within minutes I had a response ( late on a Sunday evening). The issue was resolved almost immediately and I was back up and running.

The whole team at Swyftx has been great!!! getting me set up and all my questions. Everything working really well on the exchange. I had a 'self-inflicted' problem signing in on a Sunday. I sent out an SOS message and was so grateful that Alex got back to me in a few minutes. This is unheard of as far as response and service support and, Alex quickly sorted this out for me so I could get back on to the exchange.

I was really skeptical about moving my account to Swyftx - the name spun me out, plus I had several accounts across a few exchanges to combine.

Swyftx is a user friendly platform that is great both as an investing platform and also as a trading place ,
i find the fees are reasonable and the team are constantly offering assistance making it an ideal environment .
I also find that once you run into an issue the wait times are usually less than 5 mins or less and they also give you the opportunity to speak to the management team making it a lot quicker to resolve issues.
Once becoming member you will need to make sure that funds are secure and let me just say Swyftx goes above and beyond in this aspect, I also love the way it converts 3 currencies by the push of a button .

Hi I'm a newbie, been trading now for 3 weeks and my investments have not grown very much but that is the nature of the game. As to the company, no issues even from the start they were very helpful with my smallest questions. Amazing customer support. Very helpful to get set up and to go through the legal verification stuff. Top notch.
Great site for beginners.
Only downside is the UI is a little laggy when loading and scrolling. And as it seems to be set up to be easy for beginners, I suspect more advanced traders might find it limiting.
