I bought in June this year , my dream watch. There was only one picture of the clock , and when I asked for more pictures, I was told that it was in a bank vault right now , and they could not send me any more pictures. I spoke with one from the staff, i cant tell his name, who seemed okay at the time, and I decided to order the clock. It said in the advertisement that it was in mint condition but when I received it , it had many scratches and bruises . I took immidiatly contact to the one from the staff, and uttered that I was deeply dissatisfied with the clock condition and I would like him to pay for the polish. He wouldnt pay for it and he let me back with an additional cost of 250euro. Meanwhile they still used the photograph of " my watch " in the Chrono24. I will hereby recommend all about finding another place to shop. Do not be fooled. Check who is writing on trust pilot of his own free will, and who does it with confirmed order. And if you still choose Swissluxury.com so be extremely cautious trade.
