The site does not disclose that fulfillment time will generally exceed one month and when you call they tell you it can exceed that because of COVID. My order was still in the processing stage (I dont even think they have the product) so I asked for a refund, I was told no. Poor company, very poor return policy, I suggest not buying anything here. I did order some things for family last year but they returned them so I had a credit. I think the quality is very poor also. Steer Clear.

Placed an order on April 6th for a $78 swimsuit (plus $14.99 shipping!). Regretted it, contacted Customer Service to cancel the order (because there's no option to do that through their website). No reply from Customer Service, item shipped on April 15th. Finally received the item on April 27th -- a full 21 days after the order was placed -- and of course it didn't fit. Put in to have it refunded, and I'm out $9.99 for return shipping. These jerks took $25 from me in shipping charges for the privilege of trying on a bathing suit. Absolute trash, never shopping here again.

Ok this is the second time I have tried to order with this company. First time nothing fit right, returned the items, no refund, just store credit. Fine, I did actually find a cover up that worked out well for me. Second order, two weeks, still not shipped. I tried to cancel the order and get a refund but it was a no go. No discount, nothing. Still waiting on a swimsuit. I can't image ordering from them again. I'm usually very patient but this is ridiculous. I hope the suit actually fits when it gets here or I'm stuck with it or something else disappointing from this company.

Be careful when ordering from this company. Read the fine print when returning products. You have to be sure to check the invoice when returning and select that you want you original payment method refunded otherwise they will give you a merchandise credit. They stop being helpful once they have your money. You have to use your credit within 90 days. Keep all of your emails and paperwork. Read everything closely or you will be screwed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered a swimsuit on February 13th for a vacation on March 11th. When my suit had not arrived after 2 weeks, I tried to track my package through the website, but the only information available was that it had shipped on February 18th by USPS. When I tried to track my package through the USPS tracking number, USPS had no record of my package at all. I called customer service and an uninterested and unhelpful customer service representative told me I could expect delivery in "7 to 18 BUSINESS days ", and USPS had no record because a third-party shipper, Pitney Bowles, was used. When my package didn't arrive after 18 business days I again called customer service. The representative had no information on when my package would arrive, could not explain why there was no tracking information available through USPS or Pitney Bowles, but did offer an insincere semi-apology. My suit did finally arrive on March 16th,too late for my vacation. Fortunately I ordered another front Amazon and it arrived in 3 days in time for my vacation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. The same brands and sizes are available on Amazon and arrive in days not weeks.

I purchased two swimsuits in January! Returned both the following day! It took over 30 days for them to refund! Only because I called twice only to find it was credited to a gift card instead of my original card. To make it worse I paid 104. But only refunded 76.00! Very expensive mistake! So very disappointed!

THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read all these terrible reviews before I ordered. OMG I need 5 negative stars to review this company. I followed all instructions to return ill fitting, terribly made swimsuit within 15 days. They never sent a refund-said they sent an e-card. Did not receive it. I did not want an e-card. I wanted a refund. They refused even though all procedures were followed. I have been communicating with this company since July 2020! Now they can’t find the e-card but have refused to do refund or even issue a new e-card. FURIOUS🤬

Returned a suit. Requested credit to PayPal
Account. Received confirmation that a refund would be processed. Following day received an email message informing me that I would be issued a gift card instead. Called customer service and was directed to an employee that handles customer service for 10 other catalog companies. On hold for over half an hour trying to get my money back. Horrible experience and will never order from Swimsuits For All or any of the affiliated companies. You can see their names on the SFA website.

Horrible company! Buyer beware. Gave me gift certificate on my return, then when I ordered using that it has been over 2 weeks, no items. I go on vacation tomorrow morning and tracking still show order at origin. Really? Stay far away!

Buyer Beware! Do Not Purchase From This company!
Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a headache. Returns are NOT easy as they claim. I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to purchasing. It was my first order from this company and I mistakenly ordered several suit styles and sizes thinking I would be able to find the one(s) that work best for me and return the ones that didn't. Due to availability, I had placed two separate orders. Both orders arrived fine. It was the return that became an issue. I kept one item and shipped the rest back in one bag. I had to pay my own shipping of $27.35 to supposedly receive a credit back to my card used. Had I used their shipping label, it said I would only receive a store credit. Then crickets - no receipt of acknowledgement. I checked my tracking and could see it had been received 2 days from the date of return shipment. When I followed up I was told they had not received my return. I provided tracking information and they came back with the following response: We did verify the return tracking, please advise us of the items you returned so we may properly credit you for your returns. We await your response. They then proceeded to credit the $92.60 order that was in the bag, but told me the $303.20 order was never returned. It was in the SAME bag that they acknowledged receipt of. I have spent so much time on the phone and email with them trying to get them to credit back the $303.20 to no avail. So I ended up with One bikini top that in the end cost me $399.40. BEYOND frustrating.

I have been purchasing from this company for years but customer service has taken a nose dive over the past year. They blame shipping delays on Covid but nothing to do with that. 90% of my order arrived within abt 2 weeks. Longer than other companies for sure but within reason, given Covid. The other 10% didn’t come and there was no update so I called and canceled the order. A month later it showed up on my doorstep while I was on my Mexico vacation. Now they require that I pay shipping to ship it back. Trip is over, I cancelled the order and somehow this is my fault that it shipped. Horrific customer service. Not cheap either so you can easily find other places to shop.

I made two separate orders; ordered 3 suits in all. Kept one, and returned the other two, including the one from the first order. When I returned them, they said the first one was past their 60-day window, so I received no credit for it. They kept the suit which had the tags still on it--had obviously never been worn--and they kept my money. I got NOTHING except for a rudely jabbering customer service rep telling me "too bad." They have a rotten return policy and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER shop there again!

Agree with prior reviewer, customer service is non existent. They don't care if you pass the 60 days for returns. Doesn't matter that an 80 year old woman falls and breaks her femur in 2 places, if you miss that 60 day cut off you own bathing suits that don't fit! Horrible horrible company!!!

Do not buy from this company. The quality of the merchandise is poor. If you have to return anything, they will charge you for all shipping (I paid over $16 and that was just regular shipping for a small order). They charge you a $9.95 fee to get a refund! Same thing as everyone else. I years ago had a good experience with this company. Ordered 3 suits, quality was really reduced and 2 looked awful. Went to return them and surprise they are charging me $10 to return. After charging me $15 to ship 3 suits in an envelope. Will never shop with them again.

This company's return process is the worst. I have been trying to return a swim suit top for a month. When I use the chat feature they say it takes 2 days to create a return label or I could "just send it to the address." How do I know that it will be received or that the return has started. This company is a joke.

I bought a blue and white striped bikini size 14 top and 8 bottom. Fits perfectly as When I try to order reg size bathing suits top too small bottom too big as I wear a 38C bra and a 6 or 8 bottom. LOVE this bathing suit and the material and it came like in a week. I ordered 3 more. Cant wait!

I purchased a swimsuit 6 weeks before vacation. The confirmation stated i would receive my order 5 days later. Actually, it was like 5 weeks. When It finally came it was too big. By that time there was no time to exchange. That was in May. I've tried to "exchange" the item since its my only option. When I try to check out and put my gift card in the price doubles so I owe more money. Thus company is a joke. They are impossible to deal with. I woukd have give them 0 stars if it allows.

The swim suits themselves are not bad. I do have several items that I love and are flattering. However, to echo on other reviews. The customer service aspect is horrendous and will prevent me from recommending or ordering again. I am a online shopping queen. This is the first place to 1) ever charge return shipping ($9.99) because I want a refund back to my original payment and 2) only give me money back for the current list price. If I bought an item at full price and am returning it, that item should be refunded the full amount I paid. I ended up losing around $30 because of this and then the additional $10 for shipping. Ridiculous. Products aren't bad but the return issues will turn me away from future purchases.
