Cancelled policy one month in advance, received e-mail stating it was cancelled. Looked in bank, took out renewal money regardless! Spoke to operater who then told me there was no record on the system of canceling and i had not done so. At least i know where all billy smarts clowns went after the circus shut down. One complaint to the ombudsmen later, A miracle happened they managed to find evidence of cancellation. If you like hassle this is the firm for you.

they cancelled my insurance , just because I proved them to be in the wrong! unreal firm, very poor to deal with on the phone , may be cheap but that's because they are a bottom of the barrel firm.
make your choices wisely!!
