They scammed me out of ETH. I did a transaction and when I sent the eth the exchange was canceled right after. I emailed them several times without any response. I advise to stay clear of these guys

The biggest scam exchange site in the internet.... Do not use it , you will not get the amount that is displayed ,swapzone / simpleswap stole over $120 from the advertised price...

Tried Swapzone for a small swap and it was a huge mistake. Six hours into the first transaction (was quoted less than one hour), still no swap. Received lots of "friendly" customer service nonsense but no actual help beyond a refund, minus a transaction fee, of course.

Perhaps they deserve recognition for not outright stealing, but in the end, not only does Swapzone not follow-through on promises, I lost money in lost opportunity and time dealing with them. Not sure if that's the usual experience, but it seems that way. You should think twice before trusting the positive reviews on this page. Think three times before actually using them.

I made an exchange for Ethereum, through Changelly, which was indicated as the best option. I received with an abusive fee that according to Changelly is the network fee (10x more than the common fee). This network fee was not listed on the swapzone platform and was not refunded by anyone. I believe that swapzone should inform all this information and not indicate it as the best option.
