Came across this service via Facebook ad and it caught my attention immediately. Purchase was fluent and got the phone after 3 business days so there was no setbacks in the delivery department. All in all, a brilliant place to buy a refurbished iPhone and be environmentally responsible at the same time.

I think that the service is quite straightforward. I like the fact that the service was robust and the staff are really nice. However, I recommend to work on the UI of the website and make it look a bit more original. I also recommend to work on making the service faster at the point of sales. There could be an improvement in the clarity of the website as well.

Not dead on arrival, but close! Why does swappie not do an accurate check on the iphone it sells, one marked as very good? The website does not tell the truth. Now i have a disappointed child - who got a nonfunctional iphone of almost 400 euro - and i have all the hassle returning it, and to look for other one. This company sucks!

I bought an Iphone 7 but unfortunately it had a problem.
I contacted Customer service about the problem and they told me to send the phone back and they would send me another one.
I told them that I couldn't send the phone back because my wife needed it for work 24/7 (she's a doctor and totally engaged with the pandemic).
Swappie customer service were very understanding and agreed to send me the replacement phone in advance of returning the old phone.
Giulia, the customer service agent, did an excellent job in managing the claim and when I received the new phone I also received detailed and exhaustive instructions on how to return the old phone.
The replacement was seamless, DHL delivered the new phone and the next day came by to pick up the old phone.
The replacement phone is perfect just like new - Great job Swappie.

When my first order arrived I was very angry cause they sent me the wrong capacity of the phone Thst I bought, also they didn’t send me the phone case and the capacity of the batterie was 77 %
I contacted the costumer service, as soon as they received my message they started to fixing the problems with my order! It took a little longer but I’m very happy with my new phone, is amazing!
