Great quality and fast shipping!

BEWARE! They refuse to honor their warranty. They sent me a defective toner cartridge and now they refuse to exchange it or refund the purchase price.

Dishonest. Will not stand behind products. I should have checked the Better Business Bureau who rates this business with a grade of "F"!

I ordered 6 printer cartridges for my Dell printer from Swap Ink . The cost of the order was just under $90 and I received free shipping on it. When it arrived several days late, the box had only one cartridge in it. When I called to complain, all Swap Ink said was, "they must have been there when it shipped" so it was "my problem".

I had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card company. These are dishonest vendors. Buy from them at your own risk!

Products provided are junk. Buy at your own risk - these people are dishonest. Shame on me for trying to buy ink cartridges for 1/2 the price. You get what you pay for - I wasted $34 for two ink cartridges that were worthless.

I've order 4-5 times from swapink, they are the cheapest printer ink site online. I get my ink cartridges in 2 days and the shipping is free. the cartridges work perfectly and the cost is more than 1/2 what I normally pay.
