The biggest Issue I have with Swanson Vitamins is Shipping. It seems like Swanson is all about cutting costs when comes to shipping with Fedex smart post. I live one state away Swanson in Fargo ND. or about 342 miles away. Between Swanson and Fedex It take on average 7-10 days to get my order. When you spend over a $100.00+ to get free shipping. You would assume that Swanson would spend a few bucks on better shippers.... Especially when Vitacost online seller of vitamins you get free shipping at $50.00 and you get your order in 2-4 days and there 1200 mile away.. Why can other online Companies ship for less? One reason is in 2016 Swanson was sold and is no longer owned by a person... Its Owned by a Swander Pace Capital, a private equity firm specializing in investments in growth-oriented.... Might as well say its Owned by Dewey, Cheatem & Howe...

I like the vitamins etc. but my credit cards have been hacked TWICE when I placed an order on line.
I've tried reporting it to Swanson's but their help line is in the Philippine's and there doesn't seem anyway to reach the company at their U.S. location

The bottle has no expiration date. manufaacture date shows almost 3 years old.
Tried to call and ask to product manager by phone but wait more than 7 minutes and no way to leave my message.

Best of the best as far as online health stores. They really have the best prices, and everything comes very quickly.
I have been buying from them for about a year now, and I always will.
The quality is the same as the others, so why not get the best price?

Wow! What an awesome company. I am a bit of a "vitamin junkie" but Swanson's rivals Nordstrom for customer service. They rock so hard! Their name brands are very affordable and stuff like Green Vibrance (that retails in a local store for over $40) is $19... or something crazy like that. Their boxes always arrive in immaculate condition and recently I was looking for a supplement they did not carry... so I called them and they took down all of the info on the package that I had and said they would inquire about carrying it! YAY! You can buy anything from Fish Oil to their own Tri-Fiber complex (my favorite fiber supplement, ever... very easy on the stomach... to lip balms, to organic peppermint oil.... I don't even know what else to say about Sawanon's ... they rock... And I am grateful to be a customer
