Very nice stay in Sundstorp.
Very confortable lodge with all the equipment. We particularly appreciated the availability of the boat for fishing and to discover the landscape on the lakes.
In spite of the sanitary contaxt, we didn't have any difficulty to exchange with the owners Yvonne & Mats who kindly provide us on time all the necessary information to have a great stay in their cottage.
Many thanks again to them and to the Tripto AB team for your help to organize this unforgettable week in Sweden.

Booked a house, which i had to cancel because of the covid 19 situation in sweden. I did that before the 40 days required. The house was then rehired to other people, bu stille they kept 25 % of the total hire, for what they call booking charge. Well in my book that is not, in there book it is.

Because of covid-19 is for us not possible to travel Sweden, so we need to cancel our vacation. It is a shame that there is no possibility to have refundable of your reservation fee.

The speed of reacting on a mail is bad, i had to wait over 90 min. And wen you call them, you gett a ansering machine, but the dont cal back, Al other things wer oké

As a host it is sometimes disapointing that directly after having confirmed a booking, it already is cancelled. I understand because the guest didn't pay to TripTo directly.
Better there is a larger marge for that.
I even prefer to have possibility to accept or not accept a bookings request
in a mail or on the phone without consequences.
The host administration part is not always function ingen simple. Takes long time to open the site.
