Customer service advised me they’d call me back. They never did. I rang them 5 times and they kept reassuring me that someone would call me back. No one did.
I stayed at home all day- no one rang the doorbell or tried to contact me concerning the parcel.
Worst customer service and useless delivery service.

My parcel arrived in the Townsville depot on Friday, 27 September 2019. Still sitting there. I rung and lodged an enquiry number 27760301 yesterday, 30 September 2019. Was told someone would get back to me as a matter of urgency. Heard nothing so have rung again today (1 October 2019) in order to get the customer service office to call the Townsville depot so I can pick my item up as I require same urgently. Was told "she can't ring the local depot" and that she would get the case manager to look at it as soon as possible and "hopefully" someone will call me back today. What a joke. I note that this item was sent via premium delivery. Get charged premium, but give budget service. Don't waste your money with them, go with a reputable courier company.

Best courier service in Australia. If they miss you they leave card with easy to understand instructions how to retrieve your parcel from post office and post office open on sat morning for those people who work or early collection at 8. 10 am week days. Bloody fantastic

Our experience with StarTrack as receivers has already been bad. Unfortunately we don't have choice with our monthly delivery from the vendor. The lazy drivers simply dropped the parcels to the post office sometimes didn't even bother to leave a note. Unfortunately, StarTrack has reached another new low. We're expecting a parcel from another vendor using express service with estimated arrival date on 30 May 2019. However, we didn't hear from StarTrack at all so my husband called on 4 Jun 2019. Adam from the call centre said it'll be delivered on 5 Jun 2019. However, after waiting from 9am-5pm noboday buzzed the bell or give us a call. It's marked as "unsuccessful delivery" on tracking which is a lie! My husband called again & spoke with Issac, he said it'll be delivered today on 6 Jun 2019. Just to make sure I spoke with Three at 10:30am. He said the driver probably will arrive around noon but nope. I called again at noon & spoke with Lia also at 1:26pm & spoke with Alia requesting them to give me a time estimate as I need to pick up some medication for my sick in-law but I haven't heard from anyone as yet. So I called Jane at 2pm. What an arrogant unhelpful old woman! All the call center people we spoke with have acknowledged the fact we've passed on the message to the driver i.e. buzz the bell, ring us if he gets lost again on 4th Jun 2019 but she denied. She said it's not until this morning that the driver got the message. She said the driver couldn't deliver before the truck broke down last week. She said she couldn't lodge a complaint. I need to email the complaint to [email protected] Customer satisfaction??? What a joke!!! STARTRACK? AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!!!

Slowest delivery ever..
Sydney to Wollongong parcel delivery.. 4 days and waiting..
everytime I call them, Startrack CC dep tells me that parcel is in transit.
I receive things couriered from Asia via DHL in less than 3 days.
STARTRACK is worst logistic company with delivery time I have come across.

Worst service ever, pathetic customer service with no responsibility. puts on hold for hours with no update on delivery or parcel.
Recommend to use any other service provider than StarTrack.
