Terrible atención al cliente. Mal educada, de poca ayuda, al contrario a lo que yo espero de un servicio de atención al cliente. Y no solo una vez pero 2 seguidos. Quería darles el beneficio de la duda así que llamé el día siguiente para quejarme otra vez, imaginando que me atendería una persona menos mal educada y me trató igual de mal. Lo de entregar en 24 horas es un timo. Nunca los volveré a usar. Me arrepiento de no haber usado la papelería del pueblo donde te tratan mejor y ayudas a un negocio de familia independiente. Nunca más usaré Staples. Terrible customer service! Rude, unhelpful, the opposite of what I expect from customer service and not once but twice! 2 days in a row. i gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back the next day to complain again and was treated just as badly. 24 hours delivery service is a con. I will never use them again. I regret not buying in my local stationary store where you get personalised attention, and help a local family business. My bad.

My first order was impossible, my second made it to my address after a very long delay because an item was not in stock- the website showed it in stock! My third order went lost, when I complained it was because my address was incomplete. The very same address I had previously received orders from the very same company.
Next day I received mail from them- promotional! At my non existant address. Useless company, never an apology, just demand you place the order again. You would be a fool to trust Staples Spain. What nerve.
