Have only had it a few weeks. Very convenient, which makes it worth the cost, given that we live far from a post office but mail packages a few times a week. Very disappointed that several types of labels cannot be used from a Mac computer, as they are only supported by the PC-only software. I may not have enrolled had I known this. They even "let" me purchase $$ worth of labels from my Mac computer when I joined, only to find out I can't use them

I've been using Stamos.com for several years and I DO like the convenience. But 2 points:
First when attempting to print postage for a unusual mail piece the program tells me to print the postage in form such and such. I am very willing to order a small supply of whatever form is suggested, but I'm unable to find an reference to such a form number when attempting to order same.
Second, My mailing needs have become smaller over the past couple years and I very disappointed that you do not offer a reduced monthly cost for the tiniest mailers, I.e. Me!

Rates when compared to others offering the same service, Stamps.com is more expensive to use - would use far more often if rates were reasonable - maybe too greedy...

Continue to have problems with printing stamps, and really hate the way process to get refunds or credit

The service is convenient, especially now that full service post offices are hard to find and/or inconveniently located. The monthly charge for using the service, though, does not really work unless you are a high-volume user.

Unless you opt for a subscription, you can only send mail by Priority. If you opt for a subscription, you have to use it a lot to save any money in the long run.

When it opens as it should, (quickly!) Stamps.com is convenient and fairly free of glitches. Unfortunately, it opens as it should only about half the time. I've found that disconnecting, counting to ten, then reconnecting the weigh scale usually gets me in, but that gets old and should have been fixed by now. In the plus column, funding the account is very easy. Back on the negative There are some glitches to be aware of. E.G. : Large envelopes being weighed to determine postage. The program will often show a postage price that, if I run it through again to be sure, won't match the second. Not good for clients to receive mail with postage due.

I use this for stamps and packages occasionally. It should roll over my balance each month. It continues to delete any monies in my account and start over each month

You need to update the latest price on stamps for regular mail. Do you also have forever stamps? Your price on regular stamps is .47 cent and it should .50 cent. I had to go to post office to buy .03 cent stamp,

I'm angry that i used to be able to ship my packages via usps site and they had me use this site. 15.99 a month for the little I ship is absolutely ridiculous

I am an attorney who uses this in my practice. It's quite an expensive service to use, especially if you are mailing out letters. I would have used their certified service, but I would have had to pay extra each month for an upgraded account and for the supplies. The USPS sent me certified cards and tags for free. I like the one-stop shopping, but I don't like the extra cost of everything. One monthly fee should seal the deal.

while it beats going to the Post Office constantly for stamps, it is just average in website usablility. The folks at the Post Office didn't even how how to use it.

Often when I try to paste an address into Stamps.com, I get an error message and it says "Fix now?" If I say yes, it closes anyway.
Also, when I switch from packages to envelopes, it frequently will not stay on the label position that I select, so I have to send for refunds more often than I would like.

I may need to ship a larger package then a 10 box. I don't have a scale that will handle the larger package.

When you make a mistake, it used to be - you could file a claim with the Postal folks and get your money back, but now with the current system you can not run off a claim form to do that - this sucks! No two ways about it - a better mousetrap maybe, but not if you make a mistake.

You should only charge a fee for months that your service is used. Those who mail infrequently have to pay to keep their account open. I'm an author only making a few dollars on each book with is frequently eaten up in your monthly fee of $15.99

Refund process sucks. Hard to tell which postage service to use for different circumstances. Help needs to be revised.
Hard to work with addressbook.

I don't think the monthly charge needs to be so much because they are already getting the shipping money. Also when I signed up I was promised a scale that I never received

Although it is convenient I am paying $15.99 just to have the service PLUS the cost of the paper/printable products is ridiculously high. Will most like go back to regular stamps when my credit runs out.
