I was a little sceptical about buying from here at first due to the many bad reviews, but I made a purchase and had no issues. Box was a little dented, but the trainers were perfect. Great price, good communication and they came within a week! Will use them again

Very poor customer service
I contacted them after payment to send the right shoe size , they shipped the wrong size and I received it, they asked me to ship it back and I paid 43 usd for that, I scanned all shipping proofs and contacted them more than 5 times but they never respond! Basically I lost my cash, my money and no communication from their side
I don’t advise buying from them for me it’s a very bad experience of too much money loss and time .

I ordered hyper blue royal Jordan one high OG’s when they arrived they had several defects more than seven from cracked paint on the Jordan 1 to creases in the heel to a red dot that wouldn’t come off of the midsole scuff marks where Paint is scratched and lifted,just an overall massive issue even had an extra leave hole half way punch in the middle of the top two holes, bs don’t trust this place

This is an absolute garbage company. Stick with companies like Goat, Flightclub, Stockx, etc. This company delays your orders, and for me, they just never shipped my shoes. And one time they shipped my shoes, but had it requested back due to "incomplete paper" in the box. Like bro, i just want my shoes... i give no crap about some paper. Not only are they delaying my order, not shipping my shoes, wasting my time, but they are also STEALING MY MONEY. DO NOT BUY, unless its in-store.

I am in HK and ordered a pair of Nike Flyknit Racer Oreo on 18/8. The order stated it was completed on 23/8 by FedEx with a tracking number of SF Express. But the tracking number was false and SF Express confirmed no such order at all. Chased Stadium Goods many times but no response. On 31/8 they explained they had a technical error! Asked me to cancel the order. They were lying. Doubt if they have the shoes at all. Even they have stock, they lure customers to spend then ask for more money if you really want to get it. Waste of your time and energy. Worst experience on web-shopping ever!

Terrible customer service. The site allows you to order something and they charge you immediately. Several days later they send you a credit memo because it really wasn't available. Now I am struggling to get my refund. They don't answer the phone, and my emails have not been responded to.

Before you ever buy something at stadium goods just make one quick Google search and you’ll find it for half the price at a legit side with customer service .
I normally don’t complain about things on the Internet but this side is really frustrating and I hope nobody else has ever go through this .

Do NOT purchase shoes from this company!!! Here's my story: I was trying to purchase specific Air Jordan 1s that my boyfriend was talking about for years. I bought a retro knit pair for just under $300 and they arrived as expected. I found out when they arrived that the return policy was to submit a return request within 3 days of getting the shoe, so I had him try them on to make sure they worked. I found out he was looking for the non-knit version, and that I needed to order a half size up, so I submitted a return request and sent the shoe back. I found out that returns result in store credit only - you basically never get your money back once you give it to this company. It took them forever to put the store credit on my account. When they did, there were a few dollars deducted from the store credit. It didn't make sense but it was whatever. I then used the store credit to purchase the correct shoe, which was roughly $200 more expensive. The shipping label with FedEx was created on May 17. Weeks went by and there was never any tracking change with the tracking number. Finally around week 3, I tried to reach out to get info. You have to really hunt for their customer service number because they don't advertise it. It is (646)779-8410 for anyone reading this that is having issues with them...you're welcome. They had no idea what happened to the shoe. I had to call them several days in a row before they took any action. I literally had to beg them to talk to FedEx. They opened a trace/claim with FedEx and made me wait another 15 days just to find out that FedEx denied the claim because they never received the shoe from Stadium Goods to begin with. FedEx is trustworthy...FedEx wouldn't lie here. Stadium Goods screwed up and never sent the shoe off. I had to order the shoe again because it was supposed to be for my boyfriend's birthday, and at this point, his birthday was around the corner. The same exact shoe ended up being another $200 more at this point!!!!! I was literally paying just under $1000 for a pair of shoes, when I ordered them for just under $700 (still ridiculous!!) and should've had no problem. So at this point, there's like $1600 roughly of my money in Stadium Good's hands. After the FedEx claim was denied, I had to beggggggg them to give me my money back. They would have done NOTHING and just keep my money if I didn't badger them. Finally they decided to give me store credit. I had to email/call for dayssss to explain that that was unacceptable. I also got in contact with the Better Business Bureau and the local office of consumer affairs to open claims against them. They finally gave me 2/3 of the money back as a refund. They claimed that they couldn't give me the part back that was store credit from before. I had to chew them out to explain that I wouldn't have placed the last order (which was $200 more) if they hadn't messed up and then tried to blame FedEx and then made me wait foreverrrrrrrrr. I started researching for attorneys and was fully ready to sue. After several threats to sue for a minimum of the amount of the last order, they finally gave me my money back for the order they lost. So I ended up still paying $200 more since that last order price was $200 more than the order they lost, even though it was the exact same freaking shoe, but I got the money back for the shoe they lost. What a hassle. I've never come so close to suing a business before. Do NOT use this company!!!! Just don't do it!!!! I got my refund 47 days after the shoe was lost. Unbelievableeeeeee!!!!

2nd time using stadium goods, 1st wasn’t perfect but I admit my mistake in the ordering process. Ordered a us 9.5 when needed a 10.5 uk is different to us, but notified them immediately to let them know to cancel and I’ll re order the right size but it wasn’t possible as they had left. Again my mistake. The more recent order just shows a true lack of ethics on there behalf. Got e mails offering 15% off and had my eye on some bikes I missed last year which had become available so decided to treat my self and ordered them. 8 days went by with no shipping or tracking confirmation so email them for an update gave them 24hrs on top of the 24hr stated in automated response for a simple enquiry just to be told they cannot fulfil my order and I’ll be getting a refund to my account. Now I check out as guest so I’m hoping they will refund my card account not some account I don’t have with them. I think they just lack ethics and etiquette when dealing with customers as no business should be letting customers chase up orders that cannot be fulfilled if they truly value year there customers. But they did say I can have 10% of my next order just make a purchase then email them and they will give it back as a partial refund! I think I’ll pass on the offer as I think the issue is they would rather keep the trainers and sell them at full price. Yes they are still in stock.

Ditto to the above experience. Ordered a pair of daybreak on 16th Aug, said should ship within 3 days and expect delay only if its on promotional period and of coz it is not on promotion.
Tried to check on status and immediately sent me a shipment notification but days after days the status remained only “label created”. No sign of shipment.
So if you think we are unlucky bunch I will say it’s not. This company is as lousy as everybody commented here.

I live in the uk and I recently ordered some puma muse maia grey shoes and they came quite quickly I was going on holiday and I was worried if they wouldn't come in time and they did wich is great.my only regret is that I ordered the wrong size but they still fit me thankfully so check the size properly before you order so you dont make the same mistake. I also sent stadiumgoods email about my order and they responded so they are alright website. I will order again from their website.

If you do not want whatever you bought NONSENSE! I refused delivery !!! I changed my mind right next minute after I paid for sneakers!!! I sent the email to this clowns! They only responded 3 days later! Of course by that time , they said sneakers were shipped already! I contacted FEDEX , told them to return the package back to sender!!!! They got sneakers 9 days ago!!! Technically I never received it! This dummies still did not refund me my money!! SCAM STAY AWAY! TOTAL GARGBAGE SITE!

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter for her graduation from nursing school and her new job. I got them about a week early to ensure I had them in time. They were too big, so I emailed Stadium Goods the next business day and they replied " unfortunately the order is no longer eligible for return. We are only able to honor returns 3 days after an order is delivered." If you purchase your gift too soon and it doesn't fit, YOU'RE SCREWED!!!! John McPheters, you should be ashamed of your tiny return window policy!

Purchased Yeezy's online on a Friday and they arrived at my house the following Friday. They shipped from NYC. I live right outside Boston. I picked the cheapest shipping method ($10 FedEx). Shoes were as described. Authentic and in new condition.
I like their website layout. Received an email once the shoes shipped. I'm going to take one star off because they don't have a phone number for customer service. They absolutely should have a dedicated number for online orders. I don't think email is enough.
Regardless I would recommend them for online purchases.
Please keep in mind there is a 10% restock fee if you return shoes and they do not offer money back, only store credit, so please understand this prior to purchase.

If I could give 0 stars then I would ! I ordered the yeezy inertia’s on the release date after being unable to purchase for cost price via the Adidas site. Paid $399 for a us size 5 (UK 4.5) $479 in total including the shipping cost to the UK. 5 working days go past and still no dispatch email so I contact them for the second time no answer. It took me leaving several comments on their social media posts to get a response via dm. I then receive an email this afternoon saying they’re refunding me because they cannot fulfil my order. I check online to see if it’s because they’re out of stock but no this is not the case they’ve cancelled my order because they’ve put the size I paid $399 for up to $595. Absolutely disgusting how they held on to my money for 9 days !. I’ve seen in their comments this is the case with a few other customers aswell so seems to me that they’re using customers money to buy these sneakers in.
