Teresa tried to boss me around and told me I had to give her copies of 2 pieces of ID to mail my items after I paid. I needed to add someone in care of delivery as a family member passed away and I had to travel. I tried explaining this issue but she said security is watching you and we are holding your items for 7 days and stopping your account. Our security has froze your order. She is almost abnormal in her behavior so much that I made a complaint to Better Business Bureau to get them involved. These people should not retaliate or cause problems for customers. They seem to be very narrow in their business views and biased conducting their business based on like or dislike without ethics. I do not recommend and I would not ever trust them with handling or holding my stuff. New England has some customer service issues of power and control and it seems to be common in that neck of the woods because people have to have money to live there and others are often in poverty. They treat me as if I am a criminal or trying to conduct fraud. After giving her a copy of my passport- she said ID is needed for my roommate too before she can ship items. A tracking label was made to ship but my mail is being held regardless. One item is needed for an overseas wedding coming up soon. She said she would return all my stuff to senders. Crazy! So unethical its unbelievable. I would suggest using a shipper out if Oregon or West Coast as they are more easy to deal with and friendlier. This business has very strange practices and the way they treat you when you stress your rights is awful. Total power and domination issues that seem to be like what the US was in the 1940-50s or earlier. This is 2019 by the way- you expect businesses to be more modern and diverse with how they treat you. They also appear to be completely paranoid.

I received my parcel in excellent packaging and it was shipped within minutes after my payment. This was the fifth packet that Stackry has sent me and as always service and support are the best! This is my real customer experience and wanted to share, as Stackry really helped me to receive products, as i was living in USA!

Dear Readers. This was my first experience with Stackry. I used MYUS.com for some of my earlier shipments and it turned out to be a disaster. Those guys are bandits.They will literally steal your money by over-sizing the package. I will be postings a detailed review about them in trustpilot, with evidence of how i got cheated. On the other hand , i used Stackry services recently , and am very happy with their service . Immediate responses on e-mail queries , Very good customer care , Reasonable rates for shipping ,Excellent consolidation service and fast .Altogether am very happy with Stackry. I highly recommend them. I will be using Stackry for more shipment in future.

Second time using Stackry.
I ordered a rare book, however the book retailer (Barnes & Noble) failed to use bubble wrap/protective packaging so my book arrived completely tattered. But I wasn’t given an option on Stackry’s website to repackage my item. The shipping options were slightly pricey. Stackry customer service is responsive, and they do ship immediately.

This was my first time ever using a reshipping company. The website is clear and easy to navigate. It took less than an hour for my parcel to appear in my locker after it arriving at the warehouse. I had an issue with the repackaging as I wanted to keep the shoe box that comes with the shoes. I expected to be connected to an automated machine but was put straight through and was able to clarify what I wanted them to do with the package and the customer service team were able to forward on the information to the relevant development immediately. The shoes were repackaged within 3 hours and after payment they were shipped within 2 hours and have just arrived after 4 business days using FedEx economy. Amazing service and will definitely be using this company again. If you want your package to be in safe hands and with a reputable and reliable company, spend the extra few dollars compared to what other companies are offering and go with Stackry.

Extremely disappointed. I signed up with Stackry on the recommendation of friends who have used their services. I purchased an item from a private seller (at a great price) and had it shipped to my Stackry locker address. Upon checking the USPS tracking #, the status stated that the package was refused by Stackry and was being returned to the sender.
I reached out to the seller and USPS and the only information I received was that Stackry refused the package. I reached out to Stackry as well and was essentially given the runaround and told to contact the seller/USPS again.
Now the seller is no longer willing to reship the item and I lost out on an amazing deal (not Stackry's fault that the seller doesn't want to reship but I do not blame the seller either).
I've never had an issue with any other reshipping company that I've used in the past. I really question why I even bothered trying Stackry this time. After this extremely poor first impression and lack of customer service/accountability, I will never use or recommend this service again.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Stick to reship.com or another reputable reshipping company. At least Reship acknowledges when there is an issue on their end and tries their very best to rectify the situation. I had a similar ordeal with Reship and they were more than willing to assist in anyway and actually ended up providing an account credit to cover the initial shipping cost (after the package refusal) and also cover the shipping on the subsequent shipping attempt.

Turnaround time was excellent. From receipt of parcels, consolidation and shipment very quick. The service is very affordable and their shipping rates very good shipping to Zimbabwe compared to other companies out there. I have used other companies before Stackry, one of the best. I'm super impressed by their customer service and how well and carefully they handled my packages. It's by far the best mail forwarding company I've used in the US, comparable to Forward2me in the UK.
Stackry definitely is much better at handling parcels compared to mail forwarders like MyUS. My only advice to Stackry is to keep up with their standards and never compromise on how well you handle your customers' packages.
With regards to pricing, I think it's priced very reasonably and I'm more than happy to pay for such an impeccable service.

I'm convinced there are many services of this kind, but few are willing to go one step further towards customer satisfaction.During my hobby shopping activities, I learned to appreciate and value Stackry's willingness to help.

This was my first experience with Stackry, and I can happily recommend them. I had a valuable package which ran into some difficulties in being shipped to Australia (these problems were owing to the courier, not Stackry). Stackry quickly sorted the issue and got the package to me with minimal delays. Throughout the process I received detailed information from Stackry staff, and they were very quick and helpful in responding to my questions. I'll certainly be using them again.

Terrible customer service, price increased from $25 shipping to $63 after applying all hidden fees, one of which was a hazardous material charge. The item was plastic and metal, very hazardous.
