Customer service was very helpful and responsive when I reached out. They also sent back my hard drive upon request when they notified me that they couldn't repair my laptop. My only problem with them was the lack of updates on my status. It was close to three weeks from the time I sent it in and when I called. They could have notified me of that there was a delay beyond the "2-5 days on average" that they advertise.

Very disappointed in the replacement TV that was provided. The replacement TV is a plastic design with a plastic bezel and legs compared to the original TV that was metal and bezel less. Additionally this TV protrudes from the wall more than the original and does not have the oneconnect functionality of the original.
I am not satisfied with my service and I feel that I was not handled with the good hands promise but was instead tricked into accepting a lower quality replacement.
UPDATE: Squaretrade update:
"In this case, we offered a replacement television and explained all the details about this replacement to ensure that you, as a customer, were satisfied. At this time, we are unable to change the replacement chosen as per our terms in this claims process."
It is poor service to send a customer an inferior replacement and then blame the customer for not realizing the replacement wasn't equal to what they originally had. I expected to be taken care of. Instead I was expected to be the expert.

When I accepted the purchase I as ask at time of purchase if I wanted it and I chose yes.
A year later they tell I chose the wrong plan which I do not understand when it was offered at time of purchase. Did not cover cracked screens so I canceled the purchase and received only $4 back. Horrible service and I will never purchase this product again. I told everyone I know and my facebook and Twitter friends about this and the feed back was not good about square trade.

The customer service people I spoke with over the phone were extremely polite and helpful. The television techs that I spoke with by phone are real experts. Also very polite and very helpful. Warranty was a good investment.

I liked how easy it was to call in and get my claim started. But I don't like their policy of waiting one year (or whatever the manufacturers standards warranty is) to be able to help you. My electronics failed 6 months after purchase and was still under manufacturers warranty. The problem was that the manufacturer was in China and they never responded to my emails. After many failed attempts to submit my claim online, I decided to call and explain my situation. They were friendly and completely understood my situation. They issued me a refund asap.

The rep from squaretrade tv support is pretty good and tried to help us to resolve our issue. Our TV is 3.5 years old, occasionally (happened thrice for the last three months) failing to switch on. It completely shuts down. We end up disconnecting all the power cables to get back to working. We called the square trade warranty, they did the same on what we are doing asked us to call back if this issue re-occurs. But I am afraid what if it completely shuts down after our warranty period which ends in another 4 months.
