Bought their "credit Ready" service which was supposed to clear up my credit report so that they could provide funding. 3 months later my credit scores are down 100 points and two of my existing credit cards have been revoked because they fraudulently told them I had never made the application.
Now they are hassling me for $149 per month for making my credit report WORSE.

Fantastic Creative Money Source!
Im actively working with Danny from Sprout Financial. Love the man. He takes my calls and knows in the ins and outs of getting funding. He lifts mountains, even if you have to do it one pebble at a time. I was very skeptical of non-traditional funding but Sprout is the real deal. Great team, fantastic underwriters (Sunny) and they answer the phone. Pebble, hill or mountain, you should just call. thanks

Don't do it!
I was told they could get my credit clear then get me funding. I received a quarter of what they promised. A card was late being delivered & I was hounded for the payment for a failed promise. Then I was chrged on a card that didn't have the funds while I paid with a card that did. After informing them they reversed the transaction I made leaving me overdrawn effectively ruining the credit score I paid for with a monthly service fee I was charged. I was told that they would correct the error however a month later there has been no change & I was stuck with over draft fees & my credit score is worst no than when I started with them.

I truly can't blame the whole company on the actions of ONE bad experience, because my interaction from the beginning was great. Today I saw that my account was billed. I really didn't need the service every month so I canceled the account thinking that I could access it until the end of Aug, that was not the case.
But once I canceled my subscription, on 7/30/2018, and saw that I was unable to continue to access my account this Sprout Supervisor turned the table as a representative of Sprout.
This is the first time that I canceled an account and the service provider didn't allow service or access to the account until the end of the month. This is the same thing that I told the supervisor.
I called and spoke with a lady who later said that she was the supervisor. She was very arrogant, combative and provided terrible customer service. She also hung up on me. Once I told her about the issue that I was having, she stated that it was my choice to cancel and that I just lost my money, because she wasn't going to refund my money or give me access to the account to the end of Aug.
She said that it was my choice to cancel on the day before the next month. I asked where was that in writing. I also asked her how did she expect to run a business with that kind of negative disposition? She then tried to project her negative feelings, and disposition onto me and act like I was being combative with her, but all I asked her was where is their policy on what she had just told me. She stated that she didn't know, and at that point I asked for a supervisor, and she said that she was the supervisor. I asked her if she had a boss and she stated that she was the boss, and said that she would talk to me once I was ready to talk like an adult. Then she hung up on me, after being combative, negative and providing terrible customer service. That was just insult to injury!
I called back and asked where was their policy on cancelling with Sprout, and she stated that it was in their subscription process when signing up. I then stated that Sprout had taken money out of my account the day before the next month, so why couldn't get it back; and that I should have been able to access the service until the end of Aug. She corrected me after I asked her how long was my free service period for the $1 and she said 14 day, which would make it 14 day that I owed. She then changed it from not refunding my money to giving me half of it, based on the14 days of service that I did use. I was ok with that because I used that service, but feel based on her negative, disposition, and terrible customer service I will not be returning to the sprout credit service.

We have been working with Sunny Jones for the last couple of weeks. So far our experience has been great! She listens, understands, and handles our needs very professionally, yet friendly. I encourage you to consider Sprout Financial. I became very disenchanted with everyday bankers who don't have the structure to focus on clients first.
These folks have proven to be very professional and really do care. Great customer service. Talk with real live people. Try it.

Unfortunately the process didn’t go as smooth as I was hoping.
Sprouts Financial failed to fulfill their promises and I wasn’t able to open new credit cards. I and Mike discussed my case three times before I signed the papers. I made it very clear that 2 years ago I enrolled in debt management program and closed all my credit cards. He promised that they would do get me financed up to $25k.
On December 19th I received an email from Tea (Processor at Sprouts Financial). She asked me to call 3 banks and ask them why my applications were denied. The banks I must call were Chase, Bank of America and Citibank. These were exactly 3 banks I had closed credit cards and unresolved debt with (!!!).
I assume neither Mike or Tea studied or even opened my credit report (which they had access to and charged me extra $30 for it).
I sent Mike and Tea 3 emails asking them explain to me why they made such decision and what was their solution. None of them got back to me. Finally (after several weeks) Mike called me back. When we spoke on the phone, he neither acknowledged or apologized for their mistake. Instead he offered me to apply for personal loan (why do I need to pay him for it if I can easily go to the bank and do it on my own).
I politely shared with him my concerns about performance of Sprout Financial and told him that I wanted to terminate our agreement. He agreed and said that he would send me an email with termination.
When I was signing the contract with Sprout Financial I was convinced that they are charging 7% (!!!) fee because they have some “insider” information about the best credit card options for my situation. However, they didn’t really care about my case. They failed big time to provide me with the “best financial advice”. As a result after “working” with Sprout Financial I have 2 hard injurience on my credit report. (Luckily Chase bank denied my application without pulling my credit report)
After we terminated agreement, it took me 3 more weeks of constant emails to get back $30 I was charged. Not professional with reimbersment as well.
The moment I terminated my agreement. I applied for creadit cards myself and got aproval from Discover, Capital One and Wellsfargo.
Conclusion: You don’t need to pay extra money to a middle man to do the job you are capable of doing yourself.
Sprout Fin sucks.
