Tmoblie Sprint took 500.00 off my daughter credit card without authorization. Can not tell us why they took the money! One person said it would be right back on her card another one said 3-5 days. Than one person said it cannot be REFUNDED! They never said they needed money for anything! Now we call and tell the situation to they put us on hold and never come back! They are horrible! Run from these companies

If I could give zero stars I would! I never leave reviews but after my experiences this past week I feel that I must! I had to speak with 4 different reps over a span of 5 days JUST to get a line cancelled, but was informed it won't take effect until OCTOBER we're in AUGUST why can't the line be cancelled by the end of this month or at least the beginning of September?! So I have to pay for another line IM NOT EVEN USING & during this time I also wanted to pay off an accessory I had leased - upon confirmation today (this payment was done Monday) I find out that they put the money towards my entire bill and not the accessory itself so it's showing that I still have to pay each month for it. Come on Sprint I asked for a simple thing. & to put the icing on the cake I tried to change plans since We now have only 1 line and qualify for the $35 55+ plan they're telling that's with T-Mobile only... BUT YOU GUYS ARE MERGED NOW? && another line I had on this plan wanted to switch to T-Mobile and encoubtered problems trying to transfer the Phone number over - BECAUSE THEYRE NOW MERGED soooo? What are you guys telling me? Are you merged or not? Sprint has a bunch of morons running the customer service lines it's ridiculous- I'm not asking for much just pay off my AirPods & cancel a line. I already returned the device to you so why keep charging me for services I'm NOT USING. Seriously, I'm cancelling my account after this and switching to T-Mobile brand new.

Shutting folks phones down who are unable to make minimum payments in this time is an abuse of power. There should be a zero star option. Ca
lling for system overhaul.

Remember back in the day when android phones first came out? Well, idk how it was for you but my average bill was 300 to 400 dollars a month and that was just for 1 phone! Clearly this was beyond greedy. I vowed never to return to them and neither should you. I was a loyal customer from the nextel walkie talkie days from 1999 to 2010 and they didn't even care.

First off!
I pre-ordered a phone in orderr to get the new ear budz that Samsung was offering. Never got the ear budz and the s10+ I bought was the worse phone ever. Service was always going out when my girlfriend had the same phone and same service. And her service was fine. Then I returned the phone recently and got a new phone. They tried to charge me 390 dollars, because they said phone was damaged. I told them off they refunded the money. Customer service is the worse can't get any help. Thinking of going to V!

When i returned from my service as a united states Marine in 2010. I was looking for a wireless service provider to connect me to my family and friends in my community. after much thought and persuasion from others to actually get a cellular device. so in 2012 I decided to go with Sprint due to their cheep plans and flexible payment options for devices. I have had nothing but issues with this "service" over these past 8 years. Trying to be a loyal customer with hopes that the promises of better coverage would materialize has brought nothing but grief, frustration and overall disappointment. Besides all of this, My service was disconnected due to non payment after a month on 5/03/2020 . 1 month prior i had received an email which stated a guarantee that no ones service would be interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was not the case so in order to reconnect with friends and family during this difficult time i was forced to pay a past due amount of $98 to get my service reactivated. This is absolutely unacceptable on a big companies part to pray on people for their financial instability during these trying times. i am preparing a petition to boycott sprint as well as putting this same review on ALL social media sites to get the message out. Crooks!

I had issues when my due date was moved to the 5th instead of 13th. Had been paying late. Contacted sprint may 2020 to see what I could do. May bill was paid. Cycle change and now sprint is billing me again for May and June making my bill $324.24. This changed how my bill looks since they change my cycle. Sarah V. Executive Services Analyst Had refused to go back and look at conversations I've had prior to making changes. All she cares about is making me pay for my May bill. I even provided screen shot were customer service from sprint said I paid 5/11 yet they refuse to fix charges. Instead she mails me bill which I didn't ask for that. I said provide charges and payments as I know I didn't have past due in May. They refuse to go back to conversations I had. All they keep saying is I changed my cycle. If I would have bee. Told changing your cycle we are charging you double I would have never done it.

I’ve had sprint for 5 years and now I am changing my service to Verizon today. Yesterday, my phone stopped working and I’ve paid for insurance for 5 years. I’ve never filed a claim. I called for help and kept getting transferred, 6 hrs later my issue was not resolved. They tried to take exploit my situation, offering me an upgrade where I could pay 100$ for a new phone. Instead of actually fixing my phone and utilizing my insurance. I’d rather spend more money with Verizon then be treated like a piece of crap and disrespected by a company I’ve shown loyalty to.

I called Sprint cellular service to help with cell phone issues/email. That Sprint agent directed me to call 8887454729 to reset my email/passwords. I called that number and spoke to 'Zaniel Walker". He asked for my personal info, including my social security number, which I provided. He said my email had been hacked by a Russian that was using my email on illegal sites and it would cost $/hr. to resolve the issue. He gave me the case # **** and directed me to call another # @ 8063109531 ext 820. I knew right then that Sprint agent had directed me to a fraudulent phone number/person ( Zaniel Walker), who was stealing person's identity.

Sprint customer service personnel will tell you whatever they need to get you off their call line. I have been calling in every other Tuesday trying to get a equipment refund for leased phones for 2 months. Every time I call I am asked to be patient, or they tell me that they will investigate and call me back in 2 or 3 days with an update. I never get a phone call or a refund. The equipment was returned and in their possession 7 days prior to Sprint taking $580.25 from my account.. My recommendation to all who read this would be to think long and hard before you get Sprint as your provider. As I write this review I have been on hold waiting to talk to a supervisor for over 20 minutes.

they need negative stars!!!
where do I start when I got my phones I was told my bill was going to be $169.70 forever until I canceled ( it was the deal going on with 3 free phones)
I had to call every month for a year to explain my contract to get the correct credits then finally after 2 years my bill went to $350 and they told me that the contract I had wasn't active after 2 years... ok I called did what I could and nothing I got a big WE DONT CARE. Now I upgraded my phones paid off the lease and the remaining back bills I owed and they are saying my current bill is $900 keep in mind this total wasn't reflected till this month and I got new phones in February! they waited almost 4 months to tell me the $600 I paid for the new phones went to a bill that was paid in full..... absolute crooks that have no communication with the stores and customer service is just a joke. I wish I could sue this company

I took out 6 phones and had an 18 month plan. Once I finished paying for 18 months I decided I didn't want to stay with Sprint because of coverage issues. I come to find out that if I want to keep the phones I have to "pay off" the phones. They tell me I can pay it off in 6 more monthly installments so that I do not have to come-up with all the money at once (since it is 6 phones). Funny thing is, they forget to mention that my discounts had all expired and that I won't be getting any discounts. My bill all of a sudden increased by $200.00. Unbelievable. It is all a scam. They give people new phones and discounts to make people think they get a good deal but if you don't get good coverage and do not want them as your carrier you are practically forced to either give back the phones that you paid for for 18 months or upgrade and stay with the company (unless you have a $1,099 spare change lying around during a pandemic like in my case). Sprint, wow, I just can't believe how low the company stoops to make a profit. No wonder more people are choosing to go with pre-paid plans.

I ordered a new phone and was told it would come with a SIM card. I got it the next day which was expected but it didn't have a SIM card and getting one ordered was a very horrible and difficult experience. It wasn't supposed to be hard but after 8 days, and over 10 hours of talking to their so-called specialists, who I couldn't understand and they didn't seem to understand me or what I needed so they kept transferring me, way to many times to count. I still don't have my SIM card after being told numerous times that it was ordered and on the way. Their employees don't seem to be on the same page and I got really frustrated by having to keep repeating myself.
Last night I talked to 2 women that seemed to understand what I needed and were great. They ordered me a SIM card with expedited shipping. So I still don't know if it will come but I'm really hoping so. They should screen their employees better because I was told 3+ separate times that a SIM card was on its way and it never came. It should have been easy because it was their mistake and everything about my order should have been filed away and obviously there filing system needs a lot of work. I have a new phone that all I can do is stare at and I am not happy with sprint. I understand about the COVID-19 but I have had plenty of problems in the past before that was an issue, but those problems would have to be in another review. I've been with sprint since 2004 but if I don't get my SIM card I am done with them because I shouldn't have to be stressed about something as simple as getting my phone going.

I paid off a collection balance. I applied for service and they tried to get me to pay them what i paid collections, a double charge, to get service. The customer service rep i spoke to was rude and unprofessional. This company is trying to rob people for taking care of their dept and make them pay twice. I have gotten Xfinity moble and Verizion since and am very satisfied with their service. I recomend you pay an extra $5 and get professional and more reliable service from another company..Sprint is a joke

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!
If your thinking of getting sprint I wouldn’t recommend this to ANYONE I’ve been with this company for a couple years now and it seems like every month gets worse this is not the first time it’s happened before, I was charged $584 for no reason!! I kept getting messages that my phone bill was “past due date” but I always have my phone bill to autopay so then I check to see how much I owed and my balance was $584! and yes there’s ALWAYS money in my bank. There THIEVES.!!! I then reach out to customer service and I told the lady what was going on and she tells me I can see what your talking about as she looks at how much I owe. She then asks me for my pin I give it to her and she acts like she can’t get access to my account. So then I proceed to ask her different questions and she keeps ignoring me repeating her self “I’m sorry for the inconvenience mam” refusing to answer my questions. There customer service is horrible!!! I’ve never written a review before but I felt like someone needed to read this before thinking of making business with this trash company.

If I could give negative stars I would! DO NOT GO WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! I have been having issues with billing and it’s constantly going up. I have called and spoke to 5 different agents about these issues and all have different excuses why this is happening. By the end of each call we come to a solution and the agent claims the changes will reflect on my account. They NEVER REFLECT MY ACCOUNT. Now I am trying to track down a manager to discuss my issues and I was told by a 6th agent I would get a call back and it was marked urgent. I never got a call back. This is now 5 days later. Now I am trying to chat and the agents never even respond to my issues. I’m just left on read. I have been with sprint for 4 years now and it’s like they don’t care to help you as long as you shut up pay your bill and don’t ask questions. I am absolutely disgusted with the way they do business!

He posed as a worker for a Sprint and obtained my information under false pretenses. He did end up getting me service with Sprint, but lied about the cost and I ended up paying more than I could spare at the moment. He did that possibly for commission purposes or to obtain my personal information. He and his "Brother" (Number: (888)211-4727) need to be stopped.
