Sposamore do not reply when a customer wants to know more about their products and services
This is what I have experienced from my contact with the support center at Sposamore info AT sposanovia
I have asked Sposamore the questions to get an idea about the company products etc.
I sent an email to customer service and got a clear reply that the email arrived at their side and they will answer ASAP.
This was 9 of April 2018. Today we have the 8th of may and I have not received any answer.
The message that i sent is below.
Your message has been sent successfully.
I am thinking of purchasing some items from you.
As you are an Italian company in EU, I like you to clear a few points before I place my order
Is the fabric made in Italy?
Are the designs by Italian designers?
Are the item tailored and produced in Italy.
Do you ship from Italy/ EU?

As an upcoming customer, I should get the correct answers when I ask. The lack of any answer to such simple questions is very disappointing for any customer.
