Unable to try trousers on instore due to changing rooms looking like Harry Potters broom room, floor has never been cleaned so my socks look like they have a sole. Refund needed got rejected I should send a group of smack heads to store to shop lift.

Wish I could give a zero star rating but it's not possible. Remember consumers - you have a choice where you spend your hard earned money and my choice is now to steer clear, but I've learnt the hard way. Semi-illiterate emails from their customer services and they will just not accept the fact that a pair of shoes bought 6 weeks ago should not be falling apart.

Bought some shoes, I thought they fitted well, and they do, but the left shoe is incredibly uncomfortable and makes the bones on the left of my left foot ache and I am left with a red sore and bruised area. Tried different socks, different lace configurations, no joy. No pain whatsoever from any of my other shoes. Contacted the shoe manufacturer, they said to take shoe back to Sports Direct. Under the 2015 Consumer act these shoes are not fit for purpose, made no difference to blue haired 'shoe supervisor', who put his hand in the shoe and said, there is no fault! No Refund, no credit note, just a complaints form, a refusal to give me a name and a terrible attitude. OBVIOUSLY, I will never shop or buy anything from this store again and like one other reviewer, I wonder how they stay in business.
Don't go there, don't buy online, tell everyone you know.

Visited the Eastbourne Sovereign Harbour store yesterday. Was essentially awful.
Service was terrible and the staff were rude.
Lacked any depth of knowledge on running shoes.. was unable to be clear on shoe sizes from different brands as not all measure in Uk sizes. If this is the case then the staff need to carry a template around with varied metrics by brand.
Different server behind the counter lacked any personality, friendliness or basic manners..
We will never use the company again.

It’s was a lovely Time out for holidays in Liverpool we brought 4 Pairs of shoes as our holiday finished we came to to London and one pair of shoes was uncomfortable for my brother so we wanted to exchange we brought it to Hayes branch.. only concern we left our box in Hilton hotel back in Liverpool the man refuse to have a proper conversation and as of said the gentleman just spoken 3 words without the box company policy we cannot exchange.,????? And just left out in middle of conversation which obviously means all the shopping we do is simply not worthless. As true be told I be doing shopping in sports direct 2008 had had membership card in Dubai.. which the man might did even hear or join the company. I will be honest my wife and children was so disappointed which behaviour of man.

Horrific. That’s the only way to describe them.
I purchased 6 Tottenhotspur shirts from them direct online on their website.
The shirts where ordered and paid for at the point of sale. The shirts were required for my father funeral his 6 Grandchildren where wearing them as it was my Dad’s Team.
I gave them plenty of time I ordered them at least 2 weeks before The funeral. As of today the shirts still haven’t arrived 28th Aug the order date was the 8th Aug the funeral is Friday 30th. I have continually emailed them for updates the telephone lines are never answered. Their answer was they were waiting for a currier. SERIOUSLY
And the transaction was pending on my bank account all this time. My bank have now cancelled the transaction and I have managed to buy the shirts straight from spurs.

This dodgy company doesn’t have any phone number to get in touch with them.All u cam do is email them but nobody will bother replying.
Managed to found one phone number but whenever you try to call them will say that they are busy and your call can mot be answered!

Don’t even bother. Their return system is disgraceful. They also say things are in stock when you order them and then contact you to say there is no stock. The staff never seem to want to help, but maybe it’s an unhappy work force? Dreadful company.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the Drakehouse store in Sheffield
Staff are very rude and not one bit helpful
It’s bad enough they don’t give refunds but having to return something was like the end of the world to the member of staff involved who works there regularly and never even gives a smile!
One lady member of staff however on an evening shift was lovely which is a rare experience for Sports Direct and she is wasted in that store.
Don’t know how they stay open and I hope they close down one day!

They are also thieves......they dish out Credit Notes for pittances so that it is difficult for you to trace what is owed by them back to the customer.. they have on credit £13 which they adamantly refuse to part with even with the offer of purchasing another pair of trainers...the time limit has expired for using the Credit, but its Credit they have stolen from me.....their Manager in store in Wood Green North London was completely unhelpful...we can see how Sports Direct will fare in the future...that Mr. Ashley has a lot to answer for, i hope Karma catches up with him while he's sunning himself somewhere on a remote island

i have been ripped of by sports direct. I have a credit note in my possession but they claim it has been redeemed in some far place i have never been. If it had been redeemed it would be in their possession not mine. This is corrupt and i will see them in the small claims court

Bought a pair of Slazenger V300 golf shoes they are 11 months old and the soles are coming off been worn no more than 12 times, I complained to Sports Direct customer services, they replied by saying due to the fact the shoes are more than 6 months old it is up to me to obtain a third party review which is almost impossible and will not do nothing about it, I might as well chucked my money down the grid

What a joke took a pair of skechers summit sports shoes back after 2 weeks to Grimsby store as they were falling apart girl on front door told me that they should not be used for any physical activities even though they say sport on the box,she said they should only be used for walking to the shops ,what a joke anything to get out of giving a refund or exchange will never use again suggest everybody else does the same ,crap customer service

Absolutely disgusted. I bought a pair of Nike football Mercurial Vapor Club Junior FG Football Boots for £34.99 but noticed on my Sports Direct app a pair going for £18. Since I was still in store, I went to the checkout and asked if the pricing was correct. The cashier asked a more senior colleague (Nick at Clumber Street in Nottimgham City Centre) to see if she could make a deduction - it wasn't my suggestion. Not enough that he explained that the one on the app is an older model, he snipingly said "nice try". That was an absolute insult! I genuinely wanted to know what I'm paying more in store than I would have paid online. Terrible and rude customer service.

Vising the deepdale store in Preston.
I have never known such bad customer service!! No please or thankyou, just screwing clothes up in a ball and throwing into a bag that they couldn't sell you fast enough!! When asked to take them out and fold them properly they look at you like your something they trod in. On paying no please or thankyou sullen faces. I am a retail manager myself and if my staff served a customer like that I wouldn't be happy at all. Just awful

Really bad service and general business sense to charge for click and collect. I have just cancelled a transaction for £180 when I realised click and collect was an additional five pounds. Surely the point of click and collect is to save delivery costs!
