The equipement is good quality. That's the only good point.
First, they deliver using DHL. DHL gave me an appointement that they changed without notifying me. One lost a day of annual leave that I took. Thanks for that.
Second, when I got the multiple parcels, one of them wasn't what I order. I got an olympic bar worth 220CHF when I ordered a 38CHF one. Fair enough, I'm honest, call them, tell them that there was a mistake.
What a fool I was. They told me to bring me the bar to the post (20kg) by myself when I don't have a car. And for them it would have been normal to take it to the post by foot.
They also threatened me that if I don't give back the bar they will sue me.
Now finally, I had the direct customer care from Germany. Wow that was the worst customer care ever experienced. 100% wrong on their side, no effort at all, I will most likely have to take another day off because DHL will come by to pick up the bar, great.
I had to buy a bar from another company who delivered in a within a day (more than a week with them). The only thing the guy at customer care told me. we can give you a 40CHF coupon on your next order. Wow thanks.
What about my annual leave lost ?
And if I order again at your shop, I will most likely buy weights, with the delivery fees you charge I will use the coupon and more. Totally worth it.
Finally, the guy told me that after they got the bar back, I will get a direct refund of 38CHF in my account, the price of the original bar.
-Lost a day of annual leave.
-Being honest doesn't matter
-Have to take another day of annual leave because of DHL
-Customer Care should be renamed because they don't care
-Apparently nothing it's their fault, I was wrong.
Worst shop ever, avoid at all cost.

Worst experience i had ever had! Bought table tennis Kettler and it took them to organize a shipment for more than 1 week later the planned schedule, while 1 additional box was totally lost! But this was not all - the table arrived damaged and wrong complemtation - it took the company 2 weeks (!!!!) to pick up the table back (not yet happen), money not returned yet...
Will never buy anything there and will never reccomend! Be aware! Service level is very bad!

Surprised to see reviews highlighting fast delivery. I've placed an order Monday 4th September, with the website proudly proclaiming that an order within the next few hours will be delivered by Tuesday. After placing the order I did not receive an email confirmation, despite opting to pay by direct debit, which was troubling. I called the customer service line the next day and told the order will be dealt with and i'll get an email...(no time indication given), and got the invoice and order confirmation later that night. On the 6th, I had an email saying the money will be taken on the 12th, after which the goods will be dispatched. It would seem that they take your order and only then attempt to shop the product via their partners, which is fine but this should be made clear and the website should definitely not be showing delivery guarantees when they have no intension of fulfilling their commitment. Still awaiting delivery one week on, so I can not comment on quality of the item itself but on the basis of my experience so far, I will not be ordering again from Sport Tiedje and I do not recommend shopping with them if you are looking for timely delivery.

I ordered a NOHrD beam from Tiedje. The website failed to note that the product would come in about 150 pieces and that I would have to assemble it myself, IKEA style. Two hours later, and I'm still not convinced. How can I be sure my product is safely constructed now? I wrote to Tiedje looking for help finding a service technician (I was willing to pay) to make sure my machine was good to go. I have heard nothing back. This is a classic case of selling you something with no intention of ever helping you with the product once you have it. So buyer beware...

I ordered a Bowflex 4.1 bench from Sport-Tiedje, which is the worst online purchase I have ever made:
- Sport-Tiedje sent a bench WITHOUT A SEAT PAD. There is nowhere to sit on the bench.
- Sport-Tiedje sent me a damaged bench. The frame of the bench was damaged and bent and could not be assembled without using a hammer to beat it into a straight shape for hours
- Sport-Tiedje sent a product with many screws and bolts missing. Basic equipment was not inside their package.
You would think a webshop, upon hearing of their errors, would do their best to solve the problem. But their customer service is in fact the worst I have ever experienced. After notifying them of their broken bench 5 weeks ago, they have yet to send me one single item. They told me they would send replacement parts within 7 days. When I received no update from them I e-mailed them after 9 days. That's when they realized that they forgot to mail me my replacement parts and didn't even have them to begin with! They then told me it could take an additional 2-3 weeks until they get the parts themselves. After I questioned why it should take 2-3 weeks they did not even respond. That was a week ago. Their customer service genuinely does not care for you. Each of their e-mails is rushed and generic with some "Dear Sir" up top because they do not even take the time to read your e-mail let alone type your name.
This company mails damaged products, makes no attempts to solve your problems, and their customer service genuinely does not care for you.

They don´t place critical reviews. I wrote 3 crosstrainer reviews and none of them were posted. Looks like they only place positive reviews as a marketingstrategy.
Custumerservice is not very good. Sometimes they just do not react to emails and phonecalls.
On the other hand they keep their repair-garanty promise and are coulant in replacing disfunctional equipment.
