Purchased my 3rd chair from SpinLife. There was a discrepancy with the chair I purchased. It was a big hassle before it got straightened out. Plus, it took almost 2 months before the right one was delivered. I appreciate that SpinLife corrected their mistake, but it would have been nice if it could have been corrected sooner. The chair is wonderful and why it's my 3rd!

You need to improve the websites. The tracker was really poor.

The purchase process for my scooters was fast and completed well. But replacements for my Raptor scooter which included a front wheel and a right rear tail light. That is still ongoing after over a month and nobody seems to care. It would be nice if spinlife did a better job of supporting the customer after the purchase.

My salesperson was helpful. However, he advised me to pay for overnight shipping because I needed my chair for a trip in 2 weeks. The chair shipped literally 2 days later and was there with a week to spare. The overnight shipping fee was 500.00. I feel it was an understandable recommendation because of my deadline, but was very disappointed that I paid that much for something I didn’t really need.
The chair is smooth and easy to use. The cushion I was advised to get is not comfortable.

Even though the CS rep said that he knew the type of unit I had, we still had to make some adjustments to the part I ordered. I also could not use the joystick knob ($11.xx) because it didn’t fit (too small).

I have been waiting for a foot pad for my newly acquired wheelchair it Greg has not responded to me over the last 8 weeks.

I did not like the material. The sling did not match my wife's need. I wish we could return it.
