Frustrated because Spinlife sent the wrong tire size for a wheelchair when they had the correct model number. I took the tires for installation, which took some time to arrange, to be told that the tires were incorrect. However, I had them 2 days longer than the 30 day return time and Spinlife would not take them back. I also had bought 2 tubes, but neither lasted more than a few days because of a defect causing both to explode at about the same spot. Spinlife did not respond to this either. $50 wasted.

Hi once again, getting older begins to take its hold on my walking and it is getting harder and harder to get around. I have come to the conclusion that I need a vehicle now to get around. I went to this site called Spinlife.com and purchased a scooter so I can get around. When the scooter arrived it had everything I needed to get around and it is easy to take a part. The heaviest part I believe is 32 pounds. The scooter breaks down to 5 pieces and the battery is good for 15 miles, it really lasts long. Once I showed everyone how to break down the scooter everyone wanted to put it together and take it a part. The scooter costs around $680.00 I believe, go and look at the site, you can change the color from maroon to blue if you want or change it back the colors came with the scooter. I love it and it lets me get around, it has everything you need to get around, trust me, the price is right and the vehicle is sturdy seems long lasting. If you need to get around this is the place to look, why rent all the time when you can buy it at a reasonable price. Bye bye for now. Stuart

White glove service means different things to different people. To me it means faster better service. To SpinLife it means it'll take a while before you see your stuff, we won't tell you when it's coming, and we're actually a little bothered that you called us. You can do better than this outfit.

My husband is 55 and has early onset Parkinsons', He recently purchased a wheelchair from Spinlife.com. He had only had it for 2 days when the back wheel locked. The service provider, a different company from Spinlife told him it would take 5-7 business days to have someone come out and access the problem. This service provider, Pride Mobility Corp, then called to say they were sending a part out (How did they know what part to send when no one had looked at the wheelchair to see what was wrong and why a new part for a supposedly new wheelchair?) and the tech would call us when it arrived. When days passed with no word I called Pride Mobility Corp to find out the part had not even been sent yet. I said it didn't make sense to keep waiting for a part we were not even sure was what the chair needed. After some discussion the customer service rep said the tech would come out and access the chair. After more hoop jumping, the tech came and said the left motor was malfunctioning. Again, this is a new chair. The tech also advised us to order the new part and wait for it because he said he has seen people wait months for replacement chairs. Understand, my husband has gone over two weeks without the chair he has already paid for and needs to get to his job. Since most people ordering wheelchairs need them for safety and quality of life issues I want to warn people about shopping at this online site.

Disregard this comment, I had previously thought that I was leaving a comment on Pride Mobility's site.
