Why does Spectrum want to get rid of Time Warner Cable Customers? The rate increases have no rhyme for reason. The current increase for my next 12 months is 10%. Customer Service will not budge off of this $223 per month rate. If I stay with Spectrum the bill will exceed the amount I pay for the other three utilities (gas, water, electric). This does not make good use of my money to stay with Spectrum. Other customer service based companies reward customer loyalty. This is not the case with Spectrum. The longer you stay the more you have to pay.

I have basic cable and internet. No premium channels. $136.12 a month. They are offering this for $89.99 on tv and mailings. That comes to taxes and fees being $46.13. That is over 50% of the cost of the service is taxes and fees. That is a crime.

Spectrum is the worst TV company are a lack of respect and do not meet what they promise. It turns out that I was with DIRECTV for years only with TV, but I change with Spectrum because DIRECTV does not offer any sports channels anymore. SPECTRUM tells me that they pay me the bill of cancellation up to $ 500.00, when I send them the bill they tell me that if I do not have up to 2 services included as internet or phone I am not eligible for that check. As you can see everything is a lie and a deceit.

I am Spectrum customer for long time and worked from home. Internet was down last week and still do not have full bandwidth that made me very worse for my job. I had to purchase $100 hotspot during that internet down period to make it work. Somehow it is running but speed is still worse so I called Spectrum on weekend. My current plan should have 200MB but it is 75MB download and 4MB upload currently using Spectrum speed test website. When I called them, I talk to a lady who is so rude. She offered me 3 dollars credit for 3 days internet down. That makes me so upset. I even do not have full speed currently and still got speed issue, she offered me $3.00 Credit. So, I requested for manager and I happened to talk to Mike (agent ID - 4150808) Spectrum manager from Colorado. He is also so idiot. There is no solution with internet speed and he offered me few dollars credit for last week internet down if I want to accept, otherwise he asked me to chose other internet provider. I asked his name and agent ID, that is listed above. I informed him that I will put all information with agent ID in website, he said ok, I was so surprised. What kind of manager he is rather then resolving issue, but asked customer to disconnect service when their pay check coming out from customer payment? Love it. Thank you Spectrum, I clearly understand you have very much work load. I definitely need some change here.

Worse digital service ever. Station stall and others i talked to there service goes out for minutes. It's mostly channels 6, 8, and 39 that stalls. Miss most of the show. Pay a lot for bad service!

WiFi died and I had to call 1-2 times each day, hold time about 20 min each time, finally after 20 days told to swap my equipment. That took 2 hours, waiting in line in the store etc. spectrum has no respect for people’s time. I’ll disconnect as soon as I find an alternative

My cable is included in my rent-thankfully! I added my own internet through Time Warner, for $14.99; five years ago. Of course, it's gone up $5, once Spectrum bought TW, in 2016. Last week, they went digital, so because the cable went digital, they said my internet had to be raised to $45.00! My last internet bill with them was $27.99. No grandfathered in or any good reason! So decided I don't need internet and gave them their modem back. So tired of all these new costs. I normally use my smart phone anyway & can take my laptop to almost anywhere to get on the internet. Goodbye Spectrum.

I am 81years old and my wife is 80. We used to have Bright house and after being with another company we decided to give them another chance. Spectrum was installed a week ago. One reason we have internet is for our Amazon Alexa which my wife used because she has Leukemia and she uses
it to help her. Our installer was a recently hired (specialist) and had to call for help installing the phone. He was supposed to set up the wireless internet. Now my printer will not connect. Also we cannot connect to our devices. As I said she used Alexa device for help.
We are stuck with Spectrum now so I called support and was given phone numbers to call. The number for printer help just had message to go to printer website. The Amazon number was out of service.
We still are stuck without either one working. One last thing. The specialist said they are not allowed to have printed channel line-up.

Was told by spectrum office employee that they could have someone out the next day at 2 pm to install another receiver box and there would be no charge for running the cable to the new box, as well as downloading an app for the new "smart tv" that I had just purchased.
Service tech arrived almost one hour late and never apologized for being late; he told me that he did not know anything about installing an app, and that was the home owners responsibility; he then informed me that it would cost $50.00 to run the wiring after calling the suprv; I told him to leave and get the hell out of my home.....he had the personality of a watermelon !

My Spectrum/Time Warner account shows a total monthly increase of $34.64. I do understand that increases are an expected occurrence. Unfortunately, my social security amount can't keep up. Non the less, I called Spectrum customer service ("Mark" I.D.#2603359) to ask if there are any available adjustments possible. He put me on hold for quite some time, after which he said that he did find an adjustment and that my rate would only go up $3.65. Great news! Although, it never happened. After calling back about the problem, there was no record of the revised lower rate. A little disappointing. Now I have to switch back to my old cable company. It just seems like an on-going game between these type of service company's that we have to continually endure.

Consumer BEWARE! Their triple play option for $89.99/month is a total lie. You will always be billed $20 - $40 MORE than the quoted price. Once the first year was completed, they raised my monthly charge to $242.61...no late fees, just the new bill. I turned all my equipment in the same day I received this ludicrous statement, and they are charging me $143.11 for the five days of so-called service before my bill arrived. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DECEITFUL, UNSCROUPULOUS, LYING SALES PEOPLE, MANAGEMENT, AND INSTALLERS!!

i was approached at a local Walmart and offered Spectrum Internet service for $44.98 a month, with a one-time installation fee of $49.99. I asked repeatedly if there were any other charges, taxes,or other fees involved and was assured there were not. I signed up and scheduled an installation date. THE DAY BEFORE they were supposed to install, they call and tell me there will be an additional fee to install the wires to my house of more than $5,500! Yes, you read that correctly over five-thousand & five hundred dollars! I asked to speak to the supervisor and he was, of course, no help. I asked why their reps lied to me and he said, "It was not a lie because they don't know the location of your house." He also claimed that there is no mark up on the materials and that some customers pay $50,000 or more for the wiring, Yeah, right. During the sales spiel there was no mention of other possible fees and I asked several times about this. I also have a receipt which states the total cost is $49.99 installation and $46.98 per month. Those are the only charges that appear anywhere on the receipt. Although CenturyLink has terrible service and unpredictable connections, at least they did not charge anything for the wiring to hook up my service. If you are considering switching to Spectrum, beware of this scam they are pulling. The monthly prices sound very reasonable, but the actual price for their service is outrageous. Horrible, dishonest company.

After Spectrum take over of Brighthouse Networks they are excited to let us know that our 18 years of loyalty will get us $49 price hike over new customers coming to the company.
Loyalty means nothing to this company and the CEO Thomas Rutledge whom we contacted only to have nothing done.
Way to go big firms. Your on your way as your predecessors to extinction.
Take care of the customers you have don't punish them.

Spectrum picture, variety, and price are as good as the competitors in our area. The customer service reps are always pleasant. The only difference, and it is a bad one, is the menu on the tv. Some channels are listed up to 3 times on the menu under differnt channel numbers! This makes the menu unnecessarily long and confusing. I have called about this a number of times and gotten nowhere. Technology is advanced. It is 2017. Spectrum's menu should not be of this poor quality.

I ask for a extension on the bill for the first time ever after 2 year's of service they told me no I offer to give 100 dollars leaving 65 and still told no unreasonable and not willing to work with us

I have been ordering prints from Spectrum now for a few months and send them orders on a weekly basis. The online ordering service is quick and efficient and if I need to speak to one of the staff they are all lovely and so helpful. On most occasions my order has been processed and arrived before expected and the packaging and quality of print is next to none. As my business grows I hope to work with them far into the future.

Being a hard-to-please grumpy old designer is hard work, especially when you get perfect service and an excelent product. I was so chuffed with my first prints from Sectrum that I went and orderd two more. Guess what happend? Yep, perfect again! Bother...

I would use again for custom size prints if I couldn't find anywhere else but I did find it very expensive. Almost £40 for 13 passportish size prints. Lots of costs added at the end and checkout. If rather have seen the tax added as I added the photos as it was misleading until the end
