I thought I had ordered the wrong filter and when I rang the Spa Store the lady reassured me that I had the right filter but that the way they attach to the spa had changed. I had to purchase the locking device and I only got charged for the product and not the postage which is great.The filter arrived quickly too. Thanks Spa Store for being so efficient.

Email contact very frustrating. Had to phone every time to get them to check their junk folder. Approx 6 times before order correct. Eventually sent small gift as apology. Phone contact good. Delivery on time.
