Never received the phone I ordered after 3 weeks waiting. They also have no clue where it is. Buy electronics offline leute.

Please do not copy paste the same answer as you have written for all others.
Sparhandy have worst customer service and regard for customer. They say the will reply in two working days. But they don not even reply in one full working week. They don't give you any customer service at all. No phone number no reply to email nothing. They don't update any status on the online status check portal. This is worst customer service I've ever seen.
After that, I ordered my iPhone 7 Plus on 25 October. It's been almost 8 weeks and they only email you once or twice in these months to tell they don't have the phone due to shortage. We have to wait long. Firstly, you are a company not a small retailer shop. You should have enough amount of phones readily available to deal with your customers. You show a wait time of 7 - 8 weeks on your website. So you're fooling people? You don't have any regard or respect for customer at all? We wait 2 months that at last your prescribed wait time as you mention is over and you provide nothing but excuse at the end?
Why do you take orders if you can't fulfill them? I could have gone to some other company but I have already ordered you so I waited so maybe I can get the phone as you say on 7-8 weeks. But now you're saying you don't have it? Why should I care you have it or not? You promised me something and now you're turning your back. Whose responsibility is this to arrange the phone in time? This is not my issue only. All the people who ordered iPhone 7 plus have same issue. Can not you even get 50,100 phones per month? How's that even possible? Being a 16 year old company and 1.6+ million sales?
And how does a company work without phone number for the customers? Why are you working that way? Anonymously. What kind of company are you?
And if you are not getting iPhones from Apple. Get it from their stores or other retailers at least a few for your customers? Every other company or shop is getting it but just not you.
Answer all my questions please. Don't copy paste same lines as you do for everyone.
I am greatly disappointed and will never recommend you to anyone.
And if you bother to reply at least here. Please forgive my stupidity of ordering a phone from you. I won't do that again but please tell me when can I get my phone back?

My Handy (still under guarantee) broke mid-November 2016. Sparhandy asked me to send it off for repair - 3 weeks later the phone was returned to me as irreparable.
Sparhandy asked me to return the phone to them, which I did on 13th December. Then ...... nothing. On 23rd December finally received an email "vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht.
Wir können Ihnen kein Ersatzgerät zu Verfügung stellen ."
That's it. No apology, no solution, nothing. After waiting a week for a reply. On 23rd December my husband complained on their Facebook page and within 30 minutes we got a reply, promising me a replacement phone, but it may be as late as the 1st week of January due to the Feiertage. 5th January I finally get an email - asking me to return the charger! (which I did).
It is now 13th January 2017. I have been with out a Smartphone since 22nd November. I still do not have any idea if or when they will send me a replacement. Sparhandy's customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced.

Ordered the latest HTC and by the bad service too from DHL they send it back to Sparhandy and when I tried to contact them to send the mobile again or send the money, I only got the auto-reply! and they never answer me. I had at the end to complain to paypal and I got my money back after one month by Paypal help.
