UPDATE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!: Have tried contacting South First Home all of March via email and phone. The phone auto message for nearly two weeks was that the company was closed for "a company holiday." Then can't get through to a live person since (last week and a half). Have left multiple message and sent multiple emails. I have now filed a charge dispute with my credit card and have filed formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission for online consumer fraud and the online fraud department at IC3.gov.
Purchased a coffee table last year from a Furniture store and absolutely loved the piece. I wanted a matching dining table and bench so ordered online in January 2019. Was advised the warehouse was closed in January for inventory but would open February 1st and would have the table and bench by mid to end of February at the latest. Today is 3/6/19 and I still don't have the pieces I ordered. I tried emailing and calling back MULTIPLE times leaving message after message for the last 2 weeks and can't get anyone to return my email or call. You never get anyone "live" on the customer service line and have to leave a message. Their message states that someone will "return your call in one business day." That has yet to happen. Although I love the coffee table I purchased at the store, I would NEVER order anything online from this company again. I have already paid over $3300 for the live edge table and bench and no furniture! I'm beginning to feel like I've been taken. If I do not hear back from this company soon, I'll have no choice but to resort to legal action to get the money reimbursed.

I have never written a review before but was so disappointed in what I experienced, I felt I had too. Especially because I see a similar experience to mine in the comments below. Customer service is friendly but very slow at responding at times. After making a purchase for a coffee table, my card was immediately charged in November with an estimated shipping date within 15 days. I was patient for while and began calling and was told I would be contacted on a shipping date. I noted in my e-mails if it was going to take a long time I would consider cancelling the order. This process took over 2 months and decided at the end of January to cancel my order. I did and after 2 weeks did not see a refund on my credit card. I called and they told me it was refunded and they were to send me a receipt. It never came. I called my credit company and disputed the charge and they gave me a credit until it was resolved. When you look at Companies like Amazon and Wayfair, they have top notch customer service. This will just make me wary on other companies I purchase from in the future.

I posted this a while ago and i'm pretty sure you can no longer view it because SFH thought it wasn't genuine due to this email not being the one I placed my order with. Note to the company: You should have returned my email and phone calls, NOT ask me what the issue was though TrustPilot after I posted a bad review. I have no further need to speak to anyone since my card company refunded me. Shame on you for only "caring" after this was posted and not the first email or call.
After waiting 4 months with no returned calls or emails and with the website saying that they have 30 in stock items of the table I bought I did some digging. I called the brand that made the table I bought and was informed they had never received any orders from this company or even heard of them. At this point I don't know how this isn't a scam, if you have also had your money stolen then please alert the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Internet crime center (ic3.gov) of this "company" since South First Home refuses to pickup and return calls. I really have a hard time believing these positive reviews are real after this whole ordeal.

I had been asked to purchase these tables by our marketing team and had a very picky (sorry...quality conscious) program manager to please. The tables were solid quality and much appreciated. Review would be 5 stars if not for some shipping challenges. But South First Home made it right and seemed very committed to quality customer service.

Customer service is friendly but very slow at responding at times. After making my online sofa purchase, my card was immediately charged but I had no shipping notice. I was patient and waited about a week and a half before inquiring about the sofa. Two days later I get a message that they will look into it. Two days after that I inquire again after hearing nothing. This goes on for another 2 weeks or so until I finally I get info that they didn’t have the sofa in stock. They were very apologetic and thanked me for my patience, and even offered me a discount on future purchases. However, after telling me that they’ve refunded my card, I still haven’t seen the refund and it’s been 2 weeks. I will now officially contest the charge through my card, but I’ve now been paying interest for over a month on a charge that should never have occurred in the first place.
After inquiring Twice about why the charge hasn’t been returned, I get an unapologetic message that their system says the refund went through and they can print a receipt for me. However that still doesn’t help me, since I still don’t have my money back!
Be very wary of ordering online!

Thank you Catherine for being such a gold star customer representative. Catherine always responded with optimism and positivity and dealt with my concerns and inquiries with professionalism. After a long 6 months, I finally have my desk and it is beautiful. Super happy with my purchase and all I can say is that it was very much worth the wait.
Had it not been for this supplier mishap, I would have given them 5 stars for their great products and customer service.

I ordered a gold longhorn wall piece and it shipped and arrived within the time frame! Ordering was easy and the customer service rep on the phone was friendly/helpful. Quality of the longhorn is great!
