The worst customer service ever. I returned a labtop as it didn't fulfill the criteria I want. They said that the seller didn't accept it as the package was opened, so they will return it to me. Today 19 days passed and I didn't receive it back , I am calling them everyday and each time one of the customer service answer me and not telling me where is my labtop. they told me that the seller added to the software windows that I didn't request for. no I didn't receive my money back nor my labtop

I’m a seller on Souq.com Worst experience I’ve ever had, and most of the product they sell on Souq.com are fake. I buy original Anker accessories and I tried Selling them on souq but i was shocked by the seller who sells the same product. Their prices of the same product were so low even lower than wholesale. I decided to order one and see for myself that it was original, but unfortunately it was fake, what’s more shocking is it’s fulfilled by souq !! You would expect everything fulfilled by souq to be original but it’s not. Also they charge the buyer and seller for shipping!! Never had tha happen when i sold stuff on eBay or Amazon!! For example, I paid 45 for wholesale, I sell for 60 to get profit, souq take 9 for shipping! And 7 referral fees which means I’m left with 44. Which also means souq took all my profit + 1 riyal. And if I decide to sell the item with high price i find the same item already being sold for less than 60 ! Which says the item is 100% fake and was bought with maximum 10 riyals

I never had bad experience with Souq but with Amazon, everything is just messed up! I used to order from Souq everyday but I can’t even buy a pin from amazon, sucks!

Worst service I ever had to deal with. Always VERY Late to deliver, never meets the deadlines. Not all products are original, bad quality, bad customer service. If you wanna shop online in Dubai, just buy from Noon they are way better and much more professional.

Souq was amazing, i very rarely had problems with it, even customers service are way pleasant. THEN amazon took over and it all changed. Either i receive wrong items, or we don't receive them at all, or it goes to post office and not to our address, by the time we know it goes back, not to mention the horrible customer services, i actually feel them angry i dared to call... I am a guy who normally purchase electronic product from retail shop directly but after hearing some good feedback from friends I ordered my first item (JBL pulse 3) on souq Saudi Arabia.
I received the product on the very next day when I opened the amazon box , I saw the seal of JBL pulse 3 was already opened. I took it very lightly.
Without realising the power adapter was duplicate (Black color) the product was with me for 5 days.
Later through a unboxing video I found that the Power adapter inside the box was not the Same as that company offers.
Immediately I filed a return request. Souq team as collected it for verification but today I got a mail stating that the product will be returned back to me since they found scratches on power adapter.
The customer care representative was too rude and claiming I scratched the power adapter they provided which is actually a duplicated. And without hearing the fact the box was tampered when I received it.
It’s been like one week I dnt see any progress on my case.

Very poor response in case if u r seeking refund from them. My order 3012218577599 dated 6th July returned and still I am awaiting refund from them as on date. Raised complaints 4 times since then and everytime request was closed without refund and even as on date from last 2 months I don't have product in my hand nor refund. Credit card bill already came and paid SAR 948. I am really shocked the way these international brands like Amazon is duping poor peoples money.

I used to have a great experienced with souq.com, receiving deliveries on time or slight understandable minor issues. But since amazon took over it is completely different, I used to add items on my cart and get back to it later but in amazon, if you add it then if it takes time before you check it out it will be deleted or gone. Another issue is that the courier used to update you on delivery in real-time, now they will give you notification that you have received your package but in reality, you did not. when you send it ahead of time your giving wrong idea and you make people worry that their package might be received by someone else. What a letdown. I think this will be the last time I will order from you guys.

souq.com are happily taking orders but not delivering anything that are outside the kingdom. absolutely irresponsible attitude. i requested hiking bag and it was supposed to deliver 1 day before my travel but when i checked status it was even not loaded at the destination from where it is brought up to saudi Arabia. and i wasn't informed about failure of delivery on time. i cancelled my order and went to market for buying another bag. i promise i will never buy anything from souq and will keep informing my colleagues as well.

I brought a mobile from souq.com and also bought a 2 years extended damage warranty same time for which I payed 50SR extra.before three months my same mobile display was damaged and I still had three months balance with my extended warranty and from last three months I am mailing souq.com to rectify my display problem as my warranty is still valid.but still, no one responds and I am suffering with the same problem.So I kindly request all of you don't buy any costly things from souq.com bcz they are just cheating people with their name..

I ordered edifier blutooth headphone . Seller sent me WRONG item, a Cheap 33Dh bluetooth headphone. Its been more than 7 days i am chasing the support to provide me with refund or the right headphone. Every time i call support, i hear a new story about the progress. a Seller on amazon.ae, they are robbing people, and amazon.ae is sleeping, i tried to complaint them to FRAUD and no legal action has been taken yet.
Never going to buy anything from them, Worst support, worst service, Refund is huge mess.

Souq deals with less than average sellers like Sincere-market who also sell damaged products to their customers. Both give their customers a negative feedback about online shopping. I ordered a charm for a bracelet. It was damaged with rust and didn't match my expectations or the picture that Souq displayed. It was such a disappointment.. I want to return the concerned item and refund my money!!!!

Especially for same day delivery.it wont happen, if it comes,it will be 11pm.but very rare.u are paying extra.
I had a consistent delay of 5-7 products i've ordered.u can contact then on their facebook page.but rarely can do any help..if there is another choice, dont go for souq.com. and if u want to add a review on the website/page.it will just say error pls try again. Then again and again.

Worst e-commerce site ever experienced, Received two broken items which even did not work and when i called customer service they said wait until app show it as delivered, It took two days to appear in the app after the delivery and they said it valid only 24 hours which didn't they agree to return, wasted money for nothing. I suggest all the online shopping sites will be better than souq.

I give it 5 stars to souq.com KSA. Eversince,I am using this online shop and did not encounter any problem. Item is deliver on time without delay. It is easier to order and paid either debit or credit card.

Today is 12 of April. Me and my wife ordered maturity pillow on 6 of April. After that we didn't receive any calls, so we decided to check our profile, it is still written that order is Out of delivery and delivery will be during 9th and 11th of April. We called customer service and informed that our order is mysteriously CANCELED. However, how I said before WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL from on these days and we just recommend to wait until money will be backed and make again the new order. I do not understand how Amazon's brand can mange their work like this and force their customers write this kind of reviews.

DEDUCTING automatically without explanation or any reason. some of my items are lost and they don’t solve the issues. VERY disappointment NOT only to buyers as well as with the sellers. Actually, I prefer to give them NO stars. They are horrible. I've been waiting for an order for almost a week. I've called numerous times and emailed and get the same robotic answer from their customer service team. I've also been lied to and "disconnected" when I ask to speak to a supervisor. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS SUBSTANDARD COMPANY. THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO AMAZON STANDARDS.

Not all like Amazon. 1. Ordered a grass mower, received in a box which had been opened before; item was chipped - returned. Bought the same online at Ace for similar price which was spotless. 2. Bought other items online, did not arrive on promised date. No update at online-tracking. Customer service does not know the whereabouts and asked to call again if not delivered in 3 days - wow
