Make sure you get all the money back if you return your order.
No issues receiving the order, but when returning it according to the Danish "fortrydelsesret" (law on returns) they tried getting away with not reimbursing the original delivery fee, which they have to by law.
This is something you would see from time to time in the old days years ago when the law first came out, but not something you expect in 2019, and I consider it really bad style. They did however reimburse without complaint when I reminded them that they have to so I'll give them that.

I need to say that mostly I do my shopping online. This time I was looking for special X-mas gift for my husband that supposed to be an expensive AKG headphones. I found them cheapest on British Amazon but I was not sure if the item would be delivered on time before X-mas as it was sold by the third party supplier and not directly by Amazon. I found one for good price at SoundStoreXL.com in Denmark. I checked Trustpilot reviews before ordering and found this store to be a reliable one. I also checked that this store is located in Denmark, the item is available on storage and delivery is only 1-2 working days. Needless to say that this store pretends to be the cheapest one in Denmark and Germany, however I felt myself a bit tricked in a way that -
1. the delivery cost is charged as an extra fee and definitely is on a high side ("kun" 59 kr). This must be a joke that company charges any delivery fees for orders above 2,000 kr. When I do other online shopping in Denmark I either pay max 29 to 39kr with GLS or have free delivery.
2. I paid additional 26 kr for choosing to pay with Master card. After all these extras this store was not cheapest any longer but I still placed the order because of promised quick delivery and good reviews on Trustpilot.
Additionally, when placing the order it was mentioned that package would be delivered to the nearest GLS package point but I could not choose the one I would like to that is normally possible to do on other internet stores. This was confusing.
So order was placed on 9.12. After 3 days when I didn't hear anything from you I wrote a letter to a customer service checking the status of my order. I received the following answer: "I've talked with our supplier and there has unfortunately been a mistake. Your head phones should be delivered early next week J". On 16.12 I started to be really worried abt not getting my package before X-mas as I had to leave CPH on 19th of December and wrote you again. On 17.12 I received the following reply from customer service: "You order should arrive today". After this I finally received a confirmation email that the order was sent where it was mentioned "Klik på nedenstående Tracking nummer og følg med din pakkes rejse frem til dig." but there was no tracking number included into email and I had no idea to which GLS package point my headphones was sent and if I should receive any further email or sms saying it is ready to be picked up. As I have not received my order that day I had to write to the customer service again and on 18.12 received the following reply "The product is shipped to you and you should have it today. But the product is shipped directly from our supplier and I am working on getting a tracking so that we can track the item :)". Then I finally received my order same day and it was delivered directly to my home address. Lovely!
So all in all it took 10 days to deliver my order against promised 1-2 working days and I have never had such complicated shopping case. I may conclude that -
1. I will never order from this store again. I work myself with customers and therefore I think this is not me who should search for my order but this is your responsibility to inform me in time if you have any delays/problems/mistakes/etc.
2. I would assume that the item was not available on storage in Denmark even it was stated on your web-page and if such storage exists at all. Most probably this company is rather a trader. This is just my assumption when I have find out that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
I give 2 stars only for your good customer service in terms they always replied to my email within 24 hours. Good job! Otherwise you would have only 1 star. Sorry for that but we are living in competitive business world and I do hope my review will help you to improve your customer service.
