I LOVE these jeans, but can't find them anywhere anymore!!! They are the only jeans besides an old pair of Levi's that fit me perfectly. Help! I finally popped the button, sewed one back on, then finally ripped them. I need this pair of jeans. Size 5 long, RN # 89102. Please tell me they still exist?

I received 2 pairs of jeans from Sojeans 3 days ago. I want to return both and am aware that I have only 10 days grace in which to receive a refund. The phone number on their website is not working, 2 emails and a message via Facebook have remained unanswered. How am I supposed to get my money back??

I ordered several items from this company, the items were delivered promptly but we're not suitable. I made two attempts to return the items using the pre-paid postage. In both instances the parcel was returned to me by Royal Mail.
I contacted customer services both times. The first time I was given the same prepaid postage label that had not worked before (and did not work again). The second time the parcel was returned to me I was told that they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. They never did.
At this point I gave up and kept the items.
Customer service was polite, but brief and ineffectual both times I made contact, and didn't engage with the cause of the problem, which appeared to between and Sojeans and Royal Mail.
Due to my experience I would not recommend using this company.

Offered a hefty 20% cashback rate and failed to honour it. Delivery was delayed substantially and customer service was poor.

I was so excited to find a shop selling some of my favourite designers (kai aakmann, American retro, petit bateau, etc.) which are hard to find, both at home and on the internet. I love all the pieces I ordered! and they arrived very quickly. Thanks.

Mary - thank you for refund for the jeans I returned which has now been credited to my card. However your poor customer service continues as I only found this out by checking trust pilot out of curiosity after speaking to customer services again who have no record of this. No one has called or emailed me to inform me of what is happening.
However I did not 'change my mind' I missed the 14 day refund period due to your team's mistakes. I asked for an exchange to buy alternative clothing, later I was told this only applied to the same jeans in a different size as I already had the other size I was told I needed to change my request to a voucher and lose £10 of the value.
My initial problem of being overcharged for a pair of sale jeans has still not been resolved despite multiple phone calls and emails. I would be grateful it you could arrange for the £17.57 to be put back on my card as promised on my multiple telephone consultations since 18th December 2014. Kind regards.
My initial problem was with the website which overcharged when I tried to order a pair of jeans in the sale before Christmas - the price once the jeans were in the basket were £65 rather than the 39.90 on the website (plus 30% Discount with Quickmas code)
I called customer services to report this and try and order by phone instead- they refused to speak to me without an order number so I ordered the jeans on line whilst describing the issues at the same time and then asked for the difference to be put back on my card. After trying to offer me with vouchers they agreed to put the money back on my card- this has never happened. I have called 4 times since and each time I have been told that I would be refunded and that this would be confirmed in an email or phone call- this never happened. I also emailed customer services twice and received no reply. The delay made my return of another pair of Jeans miss the refund time and now they have been lost in the post too so I have not even received an exchange for this. I only use sojeans to get a particular brand of jeans I can't find in the shops in the UK. I would not currently recommend this site to anyone given their lack of respect they give to customers. I would be very grateful for your help with sorting this out for me

I ordered a pair of trainers, snap back and some laces through So Jeans last Thursday and experienced 1st class service all the way.
My parcel took exactly 1 week to arrive and during this time I was updated on my parcels movements all the way from the depot in France until i had it in my hands in London.
i would recommend this site and will 100% be a returning customer.

I ordered a pair of trainers from the company over two weeks ago . I received an email a couple of days after my order saying "the warehouse has gone on strike we will be in touch soon" I never received an email . I have emailed them twice and still had no reply . I have rung the contact number and got no answer . I would not use this company and they are obviously just taking people's money !!!

Have been waiting now over a week for my delivery to arrive. So Jeans did notify that the courier could not find my address, yet with further explanation from me they have not given estimated arrival date. Customer service have been quick to get in contact - thank you!

The only lesson in this all process is to NEVER ever make any other online purchase without review the website first. If only I had read all the reviews before...
For me it was the "not working tracking number" scheme... Since the begining and until 3 weeks later I wasn´t able to track my order, simply because they created a tracking but never gave the parcel to the postal company (i really I don´t understand how is this possible anyway...).
After several days of silence, no reply at all to my messages, was only after I started posting comments on facebook that they finally refund me.
Not even a message of apologies... nothing.
Doesn´t matter if now they come stating that they "solve my problem". The question is that others should be aware before they decide whether they should take the risk buying at Sojeans.

I ordered a pair of shoes off SoJeans about 28 hours ago. I had some trouble with the website so after I completed my order I googled SoJeans reviews to see if anyone else had had similar trouble.
That led me to this website, where the reviews are generally woeful. I had pretty much resigned myself to possibly never actually receiving the shoes, but literally 28 hours later, here they are!
They were delivered by FedEx express (which I didn't even specifically ask for), and I received two text messages from FedEx and three emails from SoJeans within that 28 hour window, letting me know the status of my order.
There have undoubtedly been problems for some people with SoJeans, but I personally cannot rate them highly enough! I would be happy to order from them again.

I ordered two Jeans at Sojeans' via their German ebay shop. Everything was fine and very fast (keeping in mind that the parcel came from France), altough they mixed something up in my order. But my request was replied immediately and helpfully.
