Allan provided an immediate response on chat, quickly understood my issue - and he offered to navigate through controlling the desktop. easy help install office 2019 for Mac ..over previous installations of 365 & office 2011 - it just needed his technical expertise to remove/uninstall items and it was quickly resolved...too easy. Great Service, great promotion of the company...a fantastic experience all round

I just looked up 80 Walker Street Gordon and it does not exist. The small map shows North Sydney? If they do not know where they are, it does raise questions.

Had problems with the downloads. Got in contact and with the help of Allan from Softwaredepot who showed immense patience he solved the problem for me.
very impressed with the service.

First I was sceptical at how low the prices were, so I checked all the reviews and of course you always end up reading if there were any negative comments, well there weren’t many but one suggested they sold illegal licences, this turned out to be false!
I did my checks and support even gave me a Microsoft link that promoted Software Depot, this was followed up in person by Microsoft calling me and confirming it was legitimate.
Down to the purchase... very easy to order, they even made me aware of a discount code where I gained another 12% off!, I ordered Office 2019 Home & Student for Mac using PayPal (the safest method I believe & the quickest) the order went through flawlessly, received email confirmation and I waited patiently for my download link email. It took a little longer than expected (30 minutes) this could be because they’d run out of Home & Student keys, so they upgraded me to Home & Business at no extra charge... Bonus!
After preparing my MacBook (deleted all old software and upgraded to the latest OS (Catalina)) I installed and again no issues with that and registration, any questions I had in the process was quickly resolved instantly via their online support chat.

today I dealt with several staff and found them to be so patient and courteous nothing seemed to be a bother. Leo was very helpful and waited until the whole program was downloaded and made sure that it was working - would definitely recommend them again.
