I had some issues with licensing after I had downloaded the software, so I sent an email off to Softwaredepot and Ray sorted out the problem very quickly, which was fantastic. Very pleased with the whole experience. Would have been better to not have had the licensing issues, but they really did sort out the problems quickly.

I have been waiting for days to get Outlook set up and finally when we got Mark he stayed with me until it was downloaded. A long time - like a couple of hours. So, I bought Publisher and had some issues loading it since I already had Office Home & Business. After unsucceesful tries, Emir helped me and got it running. He knows his stuff. He had to reinstall Office and didn't lose my emails in the process. Very happy with the service from Softwaredepot. Had not used it before but will in the future.
