Ordered a jacket that was hard to find in my size on sale, only at full retail price (which was expensive). Found it at snowleader. Ordered on sunday, received it on thursday, so given the distance (France to Belgium) this was very good. Received a notification of shipping, not of delivery, I just checked the track and trace, In my opinion that was the only downside. Received a gift with my order (an opinel knife), so not only dit I saven 155 euro on the jacket, I also got a knife :-) Will keep an eye on their site and probably order more in the future.

I bought a snowboard, bindings and a snowboard bag. They all came very well protected and in pristine condition. It took longer than expected, but that was the fault of the carrier (TNT), who for some reason kept the package in the same place for a few days. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to spend 400 Euros for the shipping to be free, otherwise I'd have to pay 25 euros just for the shipping! But I guess that pays for good condition...

Incompetent service provider that messed up my order.
I ordered Skis and bindings to mount for shoe size 37 and ski boot 245mm. Apparently, this was not the information they needed (I misunderstood on the website).
I would expect that if you get wrong information from your client (shoe size 37 was not requested) the least you could do is check with your customer again if everything is alright.
They did not and have send me skis in which my ski boots of course did not fit. As I only noticed when I was on skiing holiday I rang them that day. Customer service was not able to help me. I asked what to do because I didn't want to pay rent for ski's for an entire week (because I knew the company would never reimburse me). Therefor I got the bindings adjusted.
The only solution to the problem above that was offered by Snowleader was to re-install the bindings. However, as everyone knows, the more holes in your ski's the weaker the performance. They claimed it was FULLY my responsibility AND NOTHING WAS THEIR FAULT AT AL.
Ok fair enough, this is just how they do business. Only care about the money and not about customer satisfaction. So if you WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY CLEAR AT ALL TIMES OF SNOWLEADER.
After 3 days I also noticed that the heel part of my binding was faulty. I checked with the local shop if they touched the back part of my binding which they did not (I can tell from the visible holes in my skis that they did not). Again Snowleader DENIED ALL RESPONSIBILITY because a 3rd party intervened.
So here I am, A good 700 euros lighter with skis with many holes and faulty bindings. And it's off course all my fault. I just have one advice which I will live by in the future as well: Go to that LOCAL SHOP with real people who care about YOU and THE SPORT and who will ALWAYS do their best to help you out. And mainly, stay very far away from Snow"leader".
Can't wait for the lame response Snowleader will provide to counteract my claims above. Yes, I gave the wrong information, but since it made no sense, they should have noticed. Period.
