Checked into hotel and everything was already complete. I was even able to pick our room and floor. Loved that it was prepaid so didn’t have to worry about deposits on credit card. Also like that Snap travel allows someone to use PayPal to pay.

I wish I could give SnapTravel negative one million stars. I booked the Hyatt Place State College through SnapTravel about a month prior to my trip. Apparently I'm an optimist, because I was excited to give SnapTravel a chance after reading mostly positive reviews and scoring a great deal on the nicest hotel in downtown State College, PA, right on the Penn State campus. Plus, the offer came up through Kayak, which is how I book 99% of my hotels, and I've never once had a problem. I received a normal confirmation email and the money was taken from my bank account right away. A SnapTravel agent immediately texted me and promised to request an upgrade for my room on the day of check-in. How accommodating, I THOUGHT. Fast forward to a month later. Two hours into my three-hour drive and approximately two hours before check-in time, I texted the SnapTravel number, weary of not receiving any notice of the promised upgrade attempt. They then asked for my name and confirmation number. Imagine my shock and horror minutes later when the text "Due to an unexpected error the booking is not completed at the hotel" popped up on my phone while en route. I frantically called the Hyatt Place and was told that no record of my reservation was ever recorded into their system and that they were completely booked solid. I then called SnapTravel and was treated to a customer service agent that had not a shrivel of human empathy and read off a script in a monotone voice, as if I was complaining about the quality of hotel breakfast instead of being an hour away from my ALREADY PAID FOR HOTEL WITH NO ROOM. All they could offer was a "sorry for your inconvience" and agreed to issue a refund. This meant that I was left to find a hotel in downtown State College on a Friday afternoon that could accommodate my party of four for the weekend. Thankfully I had just gotten paid, or I wouldn't have had the extra $500 to put upfront for the new hotel considering the SCAM COMPANY THAT IS SNAPTRAVEL had already taken the money out of my account for an imaginary hotel reservation. Typing this up and reliving this experience is truly giving me ANOTHER anxiety attack. Shame on you for frauding and scamming customers out of their well-deserved vacations, you sick excuse of a "company." Save your self hundreds of dollars and hours and hours of frustration and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company is a joke! Double charged my card and I had to reservation and to be honest I wouldn’t have even caught it if the hotel didn’t tell me. When I called them. They put me on a hold for 35 minutes to get there manager and when the manager came on the line he was even dumber then the agent I was talking too! I repeat DO NOT USE THE SERVICE!

If I could give less than one star I would. This company charges you and gives you a confirmation number but does not actually book your reservation. I booked a room for a friend who had been staying at the hospital for a week and a half with a newborn in the NICU. I booked a room at the closest hotel so she and her husband could get a good nights sleep and a long, hot shower. They arrived after midnight for their confirmed reservation to find the hotel had no vacancy and no record of their confirmation number. Although snaptravel did refund me (like they should have) this practice had a detrimental impact on my friend. And I couldn’t imagine what could happen if someone arrived in an unknown city with their kids to find they had no real reservation. Don’t use them!

Our family stayed here for a night while traveling to North Carolina. My son and I got to enjoy the pool and he loved it. They had pool noodles and little foam boards for him to play on. We will choice this hotel again next year when we go through.

Very simple and streamlined booking process. Snap Travel had the cheapest price for our recent stay at AC Marriott north of Cincinnati. I was skeptical at first. I had never heard of Snap Travel. Very happy with how simple and straight forward the booking process went. I will definitely look to Snap Travel first next time we need to book a hotel..

Snaptravel is a scam!
Not only did they take my money without making the hotel reservation, but they have wasted hours of my time trying to get a resolution. This is fraud.
I contacted them a week beforehand when I found out the hotel did not have my reservation. I was told countless times the “urgent care team is working on it.” The night before my travel I called customer service and was put on hold 1 hr and 20 minutes to be told they couldn’t help me - I was waiting on a third party travel partner. They would not tell me who the travel partner is and I could not contact them directly for a resolution. After waiting on hold another 40 minutes to speak to a supervisor about getting a refund since the hotel never got my reservation and I had to make alternate arrangements, they told me it was nonfundable- but they never provided the service!!! I now have to go through the dispute process with my credit card since this company has no semblance of customer service.

Snap travel offered a rate for a hotel that was almost half the rate offered by the already discounted sites. I got a room for 75$ that was listed at 130$ on the travel sites and 150 at the hotel. They texted me a reminder with the confirmation number and a link to the directions. This site does what hotwire is supposed to do, and it shows you the hotel name and gives you 15 minutes to check the competition.
