My purchase from 01/07/2020 did not arrived till today (21/09/2020). The tracking number shows that the item is at the airport from 26/08/2020 till now. I sent them 6 emails and every time the reply was: wait a bit longer cos we have difficulties etc.... Enough! I am going to report them to
Citizens Advice. it is not about money - how they treat customers?
