Just say No- get your teeth whitening kit at the pharmacy
I get a call to try a teeth whitening kit- a free sample. I agreed to that and the stated shipping charge but was put on a monthly program that I did not agree to.

I ordered a trial product from one company and unknowingly entered a trial with two (supposedly separate) companies. I cancelled upon receiving product and returned it. Two months later I find I have to cancel a second trial. Cannot get full refund, and did not know I was ordering from both companies with the one transaction. 95 similar BBB complaints betweent he two companies.

I ordered from spark whitening. Called them. said I wanted to return the merchandise. spark white said you can keep it for 38.71. I said ok. They took the 38.71 out of my visa. My visa showed a charge of 92.13 from smile pro direct. I never heard of them or authorized any thing from them. I called them and they said I ordered from them.??? Apparently spark white and smile pro are the same co. so they got me for the 92.13

They tell you they are going to send a trial sample of their teeth whitener for $1.03. After I filled out my address and gave a credit card number they now tell you there is a membership charge of $94.31. I tried to cancel the order right then but the site would not allow me to do so. I then called them and was informed the only way to cancel was to receive the trial size and return it before 2-24-16. Went to cancel the card but the charge had already gone through. Only 15 minutes had gone buy and the charge had already gone through. I was told numerous times by one of their phone operators there was no way to stop the order once it was placed. I had to receive it and return it immediately or I would be charged the additional $94.31

advertised free sample but charged 94 dollars without authorization
On the web I ordered a sample of teeth whitening products by smile pro and bellaclear for approx $5.00 (included S&H).
I was notified by my credit card company about a $94 charge on my account from these web sites and they wanted to know if this was a valid charge. IT WAS NOT!!
I did not authorize this charge and did not see where on the advertisement that the "automatic shipment" would occur. I have not yet received the shipments from these companies but will return when they arrive. Saw that others have reported the same problem and have yet to be reimbursed after returning the product.

mailed product to them, promised full refund, never received it.
i had ordered a trial. called within the alloted time to cancel w out being charged, was told i would be charged $9.40 for cancelling. a few weeks later, the day my pay went through, i had a charge for $94 from smileprodirect.com. i called immediately, was told that i hadn't cancelled. it wasn't in there files. my question to them was, "HOW WOULD I KNOW YOU HAVE A FEE of $9.41 IF I HADN'T CALLED TO CANCEL WITHING THE TIME LIMIT?" if i had called too late, i would've never been given the option to cancel and therefore be charged 9.41. they could not answer my question, instead they continued repeating 2 options. 1. receive $55 back onto my credit card. or 2. mail back the product (which was sent as a trial) and upon them receiving the product i would get $70 put back on my credit card. i was upset, bc any legit business would view the customer as being right and being that i knew about their $9.41 charge to cancel in the time period allowed, OBVIOUSLY the lady who had answered the phone that day, their employee made the mistake! not me. and shouldve been refunded the entire $94.. i wanted to find a weigh to get through to these ppl and weigh my options, i could tell they weren't going to budge. so i had called back a few times. in those times, i had been hung up on by the same guy who answered the phones as soon as i gave my name and email. let me say, i never got loud or rude. there was never a reason for them to treat me this way. i finally got through to a "manager" .. mike emp # 1111794.. after explaining the situation, stating that i would have no way of knowing about the $9.41 charge if i hadnt called in the correct time limit. i wouldve never been given that option. if i had called after the time limit, i wouldve been told i was already scheduled to be charged $94. after this explanation, mike agreed to give me a full refund of $94. after they had received the package .i and repeated what he said over and over to be sure, theyre phone calls are recorded! i then asked for some sort of confirmation of the agreement, he told me "you will need this RMA#, this is how we track your package.. you must write it on the outside of package large! and legible.. once we receive it, you'll be refunded $94 within 24-48hrs" i also asked him to send an email explaining this. which he did. one of the first calls i made i was give the address and requirements for mailing the package. i was told, on recording, to mail it regular shipping, it should cost about $3 and be to us in 3-5 business days. i was told this by a few of their employees. i was told to HOLD ONTO RMA# in order to track package. i went to post office that day. dec 2 at 4 pm. mailed it. wrote the RMA# huge on the outside of package. and that was that. a week later i called, asked about the status of my return, was told they hadn't received it yet.. 2 weeks went by, still no package. so they said. then they started asking for a TRACKING NUMBER. they had never once mentioned it before, in any of there recorded phone calls i had w them. i was told only to hold onto RMA# and was told by the to use regular mailing, which doesn't use tracking!!! not only were they telling me there was no way to find out of my package was in their shipping department w out a tracking #, but they were talking me my refund was scheduled for $70, not the $94 i was promised by mike! i know for a fact they received that package, i found them on scam report sites w multiple complaints w my exact story. the last convo i had w them was w a "manager" named aarie. and he ha told me that their shipping department was backed up due to holidays, my package probably was there, just the guys in shipping may not have entered it into the system. so i asked if i could just cut my losses, since i dont have the product bc i mailed it to them, could i get the $55 refund to my card at least, and just be done w this horrible company. he had then told me it was too late to receive that offer. it was expired 7 days earlier. i wouldve taken the $55 and kept the product if the manager mike hadnt told me i would receive my full $94 back if i shipped it back!! then he told me id have to wait and it would take up to 6 WEEKS nut I WOULD RELIEVE MY REFUND OF $70! its been almost 3 months now

Charging 94.31 on a free trial version product
IT'S NOT FREE!!! They will put a paying product on your trial and force you to send it back in 7 days unless you wanna pay $94.31. But even after I send it back right away they charged me $94.31 and not return my money back!!! HORRIBLE SCAM SITE !!
