Company has very nice slideshow options and a great platform. Make sure you look over the difference between annual and monthly option. I forgot to read everything but the company refunded my money and made it right with me.

I have smilebox years ago and I love it , I buy it last month and try and try to installed on my new Apple desktop and cannot do it, so I try on my Microsoft laptop and cannot installed it so I work on your website but cannot put more than 3 pictures and when I got more pictures everything I done is gone , I am very désappointé about your smilebox

completely unusable, yet another web based facility that insists on you signing up before unleashing the pricing plan ( or any intent to charge at all) on you. Having selected the free option its hard to navigate the process without being repeatedly sold the paid options - and this is even before I see what It can do for me. Is not upfront about how much branding it will apply to your free finished product and so slow to even put 2 photos in a slide show and preview it that I have given up, Now have the bother of deleting it from my facebook permissions and the worry of yet another orphan "account " with my name on it. Have I the patience to find out how to delete this account. No I want off this website as fast as possible

I renewed my subscription to smilebox in July, and could not use it after I renewed. The smilebox softwear I have might be an older-- 3rd party app and needs a certain version of Adobe that I already had on my computer but it still wouldn't operate it. So, I downloaded the newest version and it still won't work. I followed all direction that your Support Team told me to follow in order to uninstall the Adobe and install the correct version. I also employed the Apple Support Team to help me (4 hrs worth). I now would like to take the subscription costs from my annual renewal and put it toward the new app. of Smilebox and if there is a difference in price I would gladly pay it. I have been with Smilebox for maybe 8 years and have never had a problem until this year. I have been in touch with your Support Dept., constantly--1 months worth--but they have been unable to tell me nothing more than to download the Adobe that they say works this app. But it doesn't! I asked to have my paid subscription transfered over to the newer version and they said they were unable to do this and that I needed to buy the new version if I wanted it. This is absurd! I have not been able to use this softwear ever since I paid this year in July. I think this problem is really on your end and you need to remedy this very loyal customer. Or refund my subscription cost.
OK, as of last week Smilebox has extended their new on line version to me along with a renewal subscription for the year I paid for and could not use with their older app. I have a Apple computer and the newest update does not work with Smileboxes older application. So, now, I am satisfied and have been working with their new online version and it is fabulous--as was their last older application--until it stopped working. And I do want to add that I never had a problem with this company until their newer version came aboard. I do not know why it took so long to get results--over a month--but it is remedied and I am thoroughly satisfied. So, I'm upgrading their star status to a 4--would have given them a 5 but it took too long and too many hours on my part to get these final results.

I have a simple question and cannot get an answer as there is no customer service. I want to add a few recipients I missed the first time around and don't want to send to the whole list again. Is this possible? Have spent an hour trying to find the answer. Frustrating.

I love this program. It makes scrape booking so much easier. My photos pop more. I enjoy the fact that you can turn it into a video with personalized music. It can be a signal jpeg file and it is all shareable.

Smilebox is a wonderful way to send your favorite photos. Such a huge selection there is a greeting for every occasion making special memories to entertain family and friends for many generations. Beautiful musical albums can be created for every occasion.
My family looks forward to getting creations specially made for them.
Smilebox is my favorite way to send greetings which I am certain will always cheer up the recipient giving hours of pleasure.

My subscription was scheduled to renew on august 30 so I cancelled my subscription on august 27. On august 30 smilebox renewed my subscription and charged my account anyway and I havent received any communication from smilebox about this issue or received a refund. As for the app I've only used it once and I didnt think it was very user friendly but that was a couple years ago so it may have changed

Spent a ton of time making a video, and then it says that you need a paid membership to download the freaking video. I wasted 3 hours doing something that I need to pay to download. This was the worst software that I have ever used, and I will never be using it again.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The video that I did last year took forever because the product sucks. Then when I go to download it tells me that I have to pay, even though I was in my trial period. I paid because I spent way too many hours not too. After downloading and making sure video was good, I cancelled. This was more than 11 months ago. Well today I find that my credit card was charged again. When I call to tell them that I cancelled last year, voicemail says no refunds! What? I cancelled this crap last year. I then do some research, every 1 star review is about similar experiences. Leads me to believe that every positive review is a fake friend or employee. Or maybe someone that just hasn't gotten their bill yet. DONT DO IT!!!
