Made a purchase and noticed that Apple Pay used the incorrect address for shipping and billing. When I called customer support not even 10 min after making the purchase to request the change, they were unable to make the change within 3 days before the package shipped. I called the carrier that they use and it’s going to cost $15 which is almost half of what my entire order was and even more than I saved from my cyber Monday purchase. If you use Apple Pay, Their site doesn’t even give you the opportunity to review the payment details, nor do they give you the option to go back in and change the information if you notice it’s incorrect

Just popped in to the Boots Marble Arch store, just to have a browse with my mum. We were just having a look at the Smashbox counter where we were approached by Carolina. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mascara and it was a pleasure to speak to a member of staff who was just naturally bubbly, confident, honest, and extremely knowledgable and passionate about the Smashbox products. I wish she was there every time I visited the store as she’s very smiley and approachable.

I ordered the beauty countdown advent calendar. Smashbox claims this contains 283.00 worth of products. I dont think this is accurate given that most of the products are samples.
That said thats not the most disappointing aspect of this product. To my wifes disappointment 3 of the days were empty and contained no products. I used the contact form on smashbox.com, smashbox failed to respond. I wouldnt deal with this company again

I love Smashbox products. Ordering online is simple and quick. Delivery is slightly slower than other companies but I wouldn't say excessive, usually around a week from order to delivery.

This is the worst company I have ever bought from online !
I buy alot of cosmetics online and this company's customer service and service is quite simply appalling!
I have only read one review of this company and the problem was the same as mine. A company that is consistant with the same problem is a company everyone should steer clear of !
I placed an order on a Wednesday and never received a confirmation email to let me know my items were dispatched so I had to chase this up and contact them.
I was made wait 2 days before I got a reply and the reply was simply an auto generated message which was dismissive and cold.
I replied and still have recieved no reply and that was THREE days ago!
I waited SEVEN days for my order to arrive.....shocking and appalling are the best way to describe this company and I will never buy from them again !

Ordered from Smashbox UK more than a week ago, still have not received a confirmation of dispatch, used their online chat services and all they could do was to refer me to send the customer service team an email - what? The agent insisted that I have to allow 72 hours for their team to give me a reply, it has been 2 days and I'm still waiting - just unreasonable and illogical.
