I'm still waiting to receive the product ordered and paid for on the 8/1/19, supposing sent on the 14th of January. Today's date is the 23/1/19. This business has not responded to my three emails confirming if and when the item was sent, and the business does not have a phone number to resolve issues immediately with. Not happy at all with their service.

Item arrived all good. Highly recommended and would buy again from them again

My shopping experience with smartTEK Security was topnotch. The order was shipped the sameday and received two days later. All the goods were as described.

I had some issues setting up the Hikvision camera (due to lack of experience) however smartTEK Security were very knowledgeable and were able to help me overcome my issue.

I will definitely be purchasing from smartTEK Security when I need more cameras.
