Very poor quality products and customer service is zero. I purchased teeth cleaner devices that dont work and made very cheaply. I wanted to give them to my family but none work properly and when I ask customer service for help they never responded. I'm out over $118.16.

Bought Two Sonic Pic's one was all in parts can't reach people buy cheaper on Tophatter if you want to take a chance,

Keep well away from Smartcity. Big time thieves and scams. Quality is useless. Nothing works upon arrival and they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUNDS.
Smartcity, once you pay they do not reply to your emails.
Should be closed down. The reviews on their site are lies and shitt?

Product arrived quickly and was exactly as promised. I had no problem with their site at all and it was all legit.

Product never came. they keep telling me it was delivered. it never was. they won't refund my money.

I can certainly endorse the views of the dissatisfied customers on the reviews page. Wish I had read them before ordering, too ! My product (a cosmetic concealer) arrived (in the U.K.) after only a couple of weeks, but was USELESS & didn't deliver the promised results AT ALL ! No accompanying leaflet in the box ; only a backstreet workshop-produced tube full of brownish paste, which only came off (when I tried it out) with a scrubbing brush ! (Hate to think what they made it of ! ) I too am frustrated that authorities can't seem to close 'companies' like Smartocity down AND punish them. AVOID !

Saw the Youtube ad for this cute little dancing, talking hamster. $25 bucks seems a bit much, but it's 2AM and I'm not at my best. Ordered this thing and Thankfully paid through PayPal. Got the hamster, it's cute, it's funny, for about 10 min., then it's just annoying. About a week later I'm checking my PayPal to verify I'd been paid for something I'd sold on eBay, and see Smartocity charged me $49.37! No Frilling Way! So I call the number listed there for Smartocity, it's PayPal's number! At least I was able to open a dispute to try and recover my money! Total ripoff artists. Don't buy from these guys (or Ladies, since they all want equality). Don't walk away, RUN!

Do not buy sonic tooth cleaner. Tell your friends. Item arrives. Doesn't work and refuse to refund. Catch. They claim, when told to return item, that nothing received. Smartocity do not provide return vouchers and do not accept international calls. Someone I know who worked told me the customer service staff earn commission when they successfully block any complaints Or refunds. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. SMARTOCITY HAVE TAKEN OVER $3500 FROM MY BANK CARD ILLEGALLY.?

For what I've seen so far this company may be a scam. I order a product more than a month ago and I've been asking for status and the order that still in china today march 21st . I've a doubt of receiving the merchandise at this point (paid on February 2019) I keep writing to them and they answer me with more BS about the shipping and its fulfillment. My advise do not do business with this people.

I ordered some Mighty cleaner tablets and spray. However as soon as I did so I regretted it, I usually research companies that I have never used before, but in this case I didn't and ordered impulsively. I found the same items at 90% cheaper elsewhere. I went back to the site and asked to cancel the order, but was told that the items had already dispatched. "Super-fast" I thought! But they said that I could return the items for a refund.
I noted the tracking number provided and to my dismay when I searched for the shipping details, not only had the order not been dispatched but the company was in China!
I never knowingly order items from China as they are usually cheaply made rubbish, with terrible customer service. Which has proved true in this case.
I paid via PayPal so will hopefully I will get some assistance in rectifying the scam that I fell for.
Avoid this company, order at your peril. If there was a "-0" rating I'd have selected it.
UPDATE: The order arrived with both spray bottles smashed. They were in a silver envelope with no protection at all. I contacted them and asked for a prepaid returns label...(Didn't have high hopes of this) As expected they quoted their T&Cs and refused to cover the cost of returning the damaged item. After a few irate emails they offered me a 40% refund! Now it became personal.
I was not prepared to swallow the loss of my money so I posted the item back to them, making sure that I would have traceability and a signature to prove that it had arrived at their warehouse. I note that someone said they refuse to admit that returns have been received. Then I went straight on to PayPal and claimed the postage back from their "Return on us" service which was paid without any quibble. Great Service.
Now I will track the parcel and send them a daily update on it's progress. I'm like a dog with a bone when a principal is at stake. If they play silly games again, it's straight back to PayPal with my complaint. If enough people complain to PayPal they should investigate and close their account as they cannot allow unhonourable and basically dishonest traders to ruin their reputation.

If this company comes up in facebook or any other part of your browser or when
you are looking at you tube and it is an advertisement, don't be sucked in.
I paid around 20 bucks for this useless cleaner that came from china and it didn't
clean anything at all. Then they want me to ship it back to china for refund. yeah that
would cost a fortune. don't be scammed by this company like I was!!
