We shopped last year for my husbands insurance . Josh did such an awesome job then that we got in touch with Josh Eatman again this year for my insurance. When someone does an exceptionally fine job, I believe that person should be commended. I am commending your agent, Mr. Michael Urso for his exceptional work with me yesterday. I was searching for Medicare Plans and Mr. Urso was randomly assigned to me. I am so glad that he was. It was so easy and pleasant speaking with him. He is personable, friendly, and warm. He provided over the top customer service. He is patient, clear and concise. He went the extra mile to accommodate me. What a valuable agent you have in him. All went well with Stephen PECKMAN until we got to the prescription plan. People did not call back and in the end I had to do it myself on a website.
Other than that it was clear explanations and the improvements could be a ‘one stop shop’ when dealing with an agent.
