I don't understand why people keep complaining about this site. It simply isn't that bad based on my experience. I was able to find a round trip to/from China only two days before the departure time for a fair price. The tickets are real too, but don't bother paying them extra to get "assigned seat," you may simply do so after booking and the issuance of the ticket (for AA). Stop complaining people!

As a client, I expect that if system provides coupons and invites me to use them, I can apply it to the final cost. Quite disappointed to see that this is not the case. Perhaps, will be better not to mention discounts if the client cannot use them for the selected flight.
