The service ValueClick, Inc. offers and how malware/spyware authors are using it is the reason for me giving them a low ratings.
ValueClick, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCLK) is one of the world’s largest integrated online marketing companies. They deliver scalable solutions for advertisers to cost-effectively acquire customers and for publishers to maximize their revenue. http://www.crunchbase.com/company/valueclick

As with anything else one might buy on line, use common sense (ie buyer beware). Check out the site with the Better Business Bureau of the city where company is located AND if you have a bad experience, report them to the same BBB. Then rate them (an individual company) on WOT.

Misleading. Instead of directing you to anything remotely related to the original subject,it sends you off to some bogus, stripped down, lackluster site advertising a bunch of stuff you're not interested in. They suck!

Lots of flimsy negative comments with no supporting detail. One guy complains about a mismatch between copyright dates and the domain info. Is dishonesty the only possible explanation? Could they have changed names? Could ownership have changed? Would you want his guy on the jury if you were on trial? He seems to lack imagination.
I'm visiting the site for the first time, so I can't rate them yet. I'm just commenting on the poor quality of the comments.

Have been buying goods from this vendor online for years. Never had any problems.
plenty of wrong information. just look up your own name and see if your known relatives are some people you've never heard of and that's just a start

There are sites that refuse to buy advertising when offered or do not respond to surveys that may be intrusive or unwarranted. The survey group rates the site on the basis of response or lack of response to the survey.
This is an intermediate site, with clients not especially tightly screened, so there may be clients who are not perfect.
I have not dug too deeply but it seems fair for its purpose. take due care and govern yourself accordingly.
Well, people say this website sucks. HpHosts and Malware Listing....
McAfee SiteAdvisor says: MCAFEE SECURE... WTF?
And one guy here says this site is safe.
I see a conflict.... But I trust hpHosts and Malware Listing... I know McAfee SiteAdvisor sucks so... RATING IT RED :D
