Just landed in Billund travelling from Lanzarote with SPA. Landed ahead of schedule and without the planned fuel stop in Malaga, because they managed to fill a larger plane. Staff friendly, the seats surprisingly comfy and and the service was okay. It was possible to buy snacks and drinks onboard - a bit pricy but probably not worse than other companies. So all in all a pleasant experience.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. We were due to fly on a 5.55am from Gatwick to Volos last year, we boarded and then were told the aircraft had a hydraulics fault that would be fixed within two hours. EIGHT hours later we were still in the terminal (with our 7 month old baby) and no information. Eventually we were all herded to a gate and told the flight would be cancelled and to come back the next day. It took off the next day but only after a 3 hour delay without any catering. We are legally due compensation so went through all the correct channels and yet, to no surprise a year later we have still not been refunded or compensated and no one is returning our emails or phone calls. Disgusted at this airline and the way it treats its customers.

Our flight was delayed for 2 hours. Then there was a technical problem with the plane. When they fixed the problem they needed to clean the runway. So we waited one more hour. Then they said that the pilots are tired and the flight was cancelled. The flight was planned for 1:25 PM and now it will happen on 6:00 AM(the next day.)

Vreselijke maatschappij! Na een lange vertraging te hebben gehad, langer dan 5 uur. Via de mail in de eerste periode netjes geholpen en ze waren bereid om het geld over te maken. Alle gegevens aan de gegeven en daarna hebben ze NOOIT meer op de mailtjes gereageerd. Telefonisch zijn ze niet te bereiken, op Facebook lezen ze de berichtjes maar nooit een antwoord. GEEN geld gekregen. Schandalig bedrijf. Wij zullen ook niet meer met deze maatschappij vliegen. Jammer voor Neckermann dat zij veel met Small Planet samenwerken. Behalve als het over een claim gaat dan kunnen ze je als klant ook niet helpen.
errible society! After a long delay, longer than 5 hours. Easily helped through the mail in the first period and they were willing to transfer the money. All data to the given and then they NEVER reacted to the emails. They can not be reached by telephone, on Facebook they read the messages but never receive an answer. NO money received. Outrageous company. We will no longer fly with this company. Too bad for Neckermann that they cooperate a lot with Small Planet. Except if it concerns a claim, they can not help you as a customer.

I flew with them twice and both flights had more than 2 hours delays. They gave us a small cup of water as a compensation on one flight :) I hope I will not have to fly again with them.

After reading all those negative responses to this airline, we where afraid to experience the same delays when leaving Hamburg on 13/5, But we just had a very small delay.
Returning on the 20/5 from Palma de Mallorca we where on time, perfect.
Our experience is a professional airline with very kind and professional cabin personal.
Even the Airport of Hamburg was fast with our luggage, which we where not used to in 2017.

Cannot recomment this airline. Delayed both ways (2 hours one way and 1 hour the other way) and bagage were damaged on the hometrip. No respond from the airline when making a damagereport even with more reminders afterwards. VERY disapointing and should not be recommended to anyone.

Biggest bunch of amateurs I have ever travelled with! The pilot miscalculated the Wind (which has been the same all week, checked it myself), he miscalculated the Weight of the passengers by over 5 ton.. The Crew had to randomly select 51 people (Flight capacity was only 180 people) to be removed from the plane, so we could take off. I was "Lucky" that I stayed on the plane. They also had to remove our luggage and it is scheduled to be delivered at our home in appoximately 2 weeks. Would rather swim to the Canarian Islands next time instead of travel with Small Planets.

This is the most unreliable Airline in Europe, delays for up to 24 hour are a regular event. Avoid at any price.
