made final payment...but poorly trained Allison employee number 24105, who should not be interacting with other humans, said that I paid it off the wrong way! I had a 15 year mortgage and made all 180 payments the same way and never late. She said it could be close to next year before they acknowledge. I know its 2020 but what has happened to people? Does SLS really think this is customer service or Allison just hates herself and wants to share her unhappiness with others?

SLS acquired the loan and arbitrarily through on an escrow amount in error. I have been working with them spending hours and hours on my end still without resolution. The incompetency level is staggering.

Shocking experience so far. My previously lender transferred administration of my mortgage to SLS earlier this year. I was first notified when I rec'd a letter from SLS saying my payment was due, nothing from the incumbent. Two weeks later I rec'd a letter from the incumbent explaining the transfer to the business! So, I set up direct payments, rec'd a confirmation email and thought everything was good. Middle of Feb I rec'd another letter saying I'd missed a payment! Direct Payments didn't get set up properly. So I repeated the process and thought ok all was good. But of course it wasn't. Today I rec'd another letter stating my last months payment wasn't rec'd but my direct payments were on file. I was then told that it takes 30 days, yes 30 days to process direct payments. Oh my, I hope this is just teething trouble. Your customer service is terrible.

would not recommend this mortgage service company they will give you the runaround for of your needs
