The pillow was great, however the customer service was awful. As I went to order my one pillow I wanted I discovered I could only order two at a time. Ok, no problem I thought. Then as I go to click to the next page I discover that I was forced to order pillow cases, sheets, extra pillows and a comforter I did not want or need. They give you no option to click “no”, no option to bypass the purchase. When all was said and done my bill went from the cost of two pillows (one of which I didn’t want) to over $240!!! I called the company to complain since I was not expecting to pay that much at the start of this. The gentleman on the line said oh we can’t cancel those items or we will have to cancel the whole order but you can always return the items you don’t wish to keep for no charge. I thought that was reasonable but I was still irritated considering! Upon receiving my shipment I quickly re-boxed up the items I didn’t want and shipped them back. Only to discover another reoccurring $240 charge they placed on my account a month later! I called and got absolutely nowhere with them! They said it was for the comforter they did not receive back. Oddly enough I sent EVERYTHING BACK IN THE SAME BOX!! So tell me how they didn’t get the comforter but go the rest back? I would NEVER purchase another pillow from this company if someone paid me to do it. They are the biggest rip off and scam!

To give this company even 1 star is too many. Fraudsters is not the word but will suffice for here.
They add to your order, give differing amounts and take what they want from your card. Utterly unacceptable and Facebook should be ashamed for allowing scammers to advertise on their site. To round it all off - no contact available or account details so no recompense 😡😡😡
